We flew from Kyiv to Sharm El Sheikh (flight 3 hours 50 minutes). At the airport, they filled out a form with their data for free. A representative of Tour Operator Join App met us and free transfer to the hotel (25 minutes) in an air-conditioned bus.
In the hotel after 10 minutes we were taken to our rooms. I was with my husband and another woman flew in with us).
The number was not cleared. The floor is dirty, dust and the most unpleasant thing is not changing the bed. I went to reception.
After explaining these nuances, they gave me one beach towel, apologized and said everything would be fine tomorrow.
