The only thing really good about this hotel is the sea. That's where all the goodies end.

As they say, the taste and color...
We went to this hotel solely because our tour operator recommended it as a hotel with a good entrance to the sea. Undoubtedly, the entrance to the sea and the sea itself is quite good. The length of the beach is huge. On the left side there is a sandy entrance, and on the right side there are reefs. The entrance to the sea is gentle, perfect for children. On the beach itself, for almost two weeks of our stay at the hotel, we did not lie, but were near the main pool, since the umbrella could be moved and adjusted directly under itself. The sun is scorching (we have been since mid-August and the temperature in the shade was 36-39 *). For the whole holiday it was windy for only two days and this, on the contrary, saved us from the hot sun. In the morning, the sea sometimes stormed, but this did not interfere with swimming in it, since the waves were not particularly noticeable, and by lunchtime the sea was already very calm. The temperature of the sea and the pool was like fresh milk. If you want to lie down right by the sea on the first line of sunbeds, then I advise you to take a seat before breakfast, because then you will only find a place near the reefs. The sunbeds are not adjustable, but are in only one position. You can swim in the sea and in the pool only until sunset (until approximately 18:00).
Perhaps this is all the advantages of this hotel.

Upon check-in, they gave me a room with a view of the side pool, which was located between the 2nd and 3rd buildings. The rooms were cleaned every day quite well. Towels were changed every day. The number of rooms is not very new. The downside is that it is dim everywhere, there is no main consecration, only small lamps.
Regarding the pools. There are 5 of them on the territory of the hotel. One, as I said earlier, is located between the buildings, just if it's windy, you won't feel it. One main with a bar in the pool (the bar is open from 10 to 00:00). And three children's pools, which are located on both sides of the main one and one directly opposite the main building. One is 100 cm, the second is 50 cm, and the third is 110 cm.
I would like to touch on the topic of cleaning the pool. At the time of our vacation, we saw that the guys walked in the evening and covered the pool with bleach, and in the morning they were poking around under the guise of cleaning, but there was no cleaning of the pool as such. To be honest, there was no proper cleaning of the pool and the area around the pool. Near the sunbeds it's dirty, as we arrived and someone ate mango near the sunbed, and all this was left on the floor - so no one cleaned it up. There is a lot of sand in the pool, some leaves, napkins and other rubbish. This did not affect the rest itself, but it was not very pleasant to swim in the pool where the potatoes were floating, because someone ate them here in the pool itself. (! ) I would also like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to the fact that the staff, who removes glasses with cocktails from the tables located near the pool loungers, pours the remnants of cocktails into the lawn nearby (this can be beer, syrups, and mineral water , and other alcohol). Indescribable work has been put into the care of the territory of the hotel, and other employees are so negligent about it, the lawn deteriorates from this.
Also about cleaning. Near the main pool there are two restrooms on both sides. In addition to the fact that they are already shabby, they are just, I beg your pardon for the wording, but they are in the truest sense of the word - they are all assholes (! ) This is just a huge minus for the hotel, because it is disgusting to just go into these restrooms. I don't know when was the last time there was a basic cleaning. The floors are dirty, there is a lot of sand, the toilets are simply indescribably dirty.

Perhaps at the time of quarantine, or perhaps this is the concept of the hotel, but the hotel is very calm. I don’t know if it’s good or not, but it suited us and didn’t bother us. There is no evening animation, just like there is no daytime animation. There are no discos or entertainment in the hotel either. Music plays quietly from 10 am.
There are three bars throughout the hotel. One in the lobby and as I understand it, it works around the clock, but it works for free from 10 to 00:00. At the bar you can ask for snacks (these are chips and nuts). One in the pool, also open from 10 to 12 at night, and one near the beach - open from 10 to sunset.
One main restaurant and a fast food restaurant, near the beach on the sea. Where fast food (from 12 to 17:00) has burgers (it's just a bun with a cutlet), you can order pizza with french fries (3 types of pizza), hot dog and shawarma alternate every other day. For a fee, there is a menu to choose from, it is presented at the counter at the entrance. From 10 to 12:00 there is a late breakfast - this is a muffin, which is at breakfast in the main restaurant.
The main restaurant has a good selection. In connection with the quarantine, as in all hotels, puts food directly to the staff on the plate. There are very good guys, but the staff at the meat and fish grill tear off these pieces of meat as if from the heart and put very little, and if the husband asked for a little more, then eternal dissatisfied looks and indignation began. This, of course, was embarrassing and not entirely pleasant. Seafood is not very good at cooking. Fruit assortment is very limited. As for sweets, these are mainly small biscuits and a couple of types of baklava for an amateur. The main menu is delicious. Meals three times a day, eat something and do not have time to get hungry. There is an A la carte restaurant on the second floor of the central building, but due to quarantine it is closed.

I would like to pay special attention to the fact that those who travel for the first time do not go on excursions from a guide. They tell everything beautifully, but in fact, in the end, divide everything by 10 from his story. This does not affect insurance in any way, check all these details with your tour operator, he will tell you in detail. Excursions, in fact, the guides are very expensive and they are not worth it. If you are in Egypt for the first time and are going to a survey (free) around the city, then do not buy anything in the markets, where prices are inflated by 5 or even 10 times. Leave the hotel in the evening to the market, which is nearby. The range is the same and the prices are reasonable.
