We rested at the hotel for the second time (the first time was in March 2018) and I will note with pleasure that nothing has changed for the worse. I chose this hotel to recover from the coronavirus and it met all my expectations.
This time we went through the Tez tour, which was a pleasant surprise from the first to the last day at the hotel (very favorable price + electronic check-in for the flight with the seats I chose + special transfer). At 9-00 we were at the hotel, they immediately put on our bracelets, took away the documents and sent us to breakfast. After breakfast, we waited no more than 30 minutes and were settled in the room I chose. Then we went: a present from the hotel, cosmetics in large quantities, napkins, bathrobes, etc. , which was very nice.
The room is large, bright, daily cleaning, the bed was changed twice, water + tea + coffee + toiletries were delivered daily, so for the room - a solid 5.

A pleasant novelty is the Internet in all rooms + throughout the territory, it is quite possible to do without a local card. For this, too, the hotel is a big +.
The territory is green, tireless workers mow and water all this beauty all the time, there are many flowering plants, so here is also a solid 5.
The coronavirus has made adjustments to the organization of food, but still it remains varied, tasty - daily seafood, a good selection of greens, salads, beef, lamb, poultry, a lot of various pastries, fruits. The waiters work quickly, drinks are brought as ordered, there are always enough places in the restaurant, there are sanitizers on every table, cutlery is packed in bags. All dishes are behind the screens, they are given out by chefs, which is also not bad. For food - solid 5.
The beach is equipped with protective screens from the wind, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, screens too, no matter what time you come to the beach - the workers will find a free place, you can also get used to the local wind, so we did not experience any discomfort.
There is animation, quite active - exercises, aqua aerobics, dancing, boccia, volleyball, vacationers are quite actively involved in everything, boys - animators are trying, for some reason the girls were not noticeable. There is also an evening program, but not always well organized, therefore 4 for it, but with +.
From the staff, I would like to mention the guesthouse Olya with a Bulgarian surname (which I forgot to my shame), who quickly helped us in all matters.
Separately, I want to note the work of the hotel guide from Tez Tour Ashraf, experienced and competent in any questions that I asked him daily, and thank him for his help and gift.
From the wishes of the administration - if possible, organize a transfer to the checkpoint, the distance is not very long, but in the heat it is not very comfortable to walk.
In general, I give the hotel a 9 with a big + in order to still have something new for our next visit to Barcelo. And we will definitely come back here!
