We chose this hotel because it is a chain of hotels that made us very happy, especially in the Dominican Republic (it is clear that we understood that this was Egypt). We took a room with a pool so that there was silence, there were 6 adults and 8 children nearby in the next room (I turned to the reception and they said this name was leaving tomorrow. You need to somehow appreciate someone else's rest and rooms so that they are not a hostel. Towels on the beach are worse than a doormat ( only the Arabs are given good towels and sunbeds are occupied for them. I would like to see the inspection here that checks the hotels in Egypt. The air conditioner barely works. On the comments on the towels the next day they gave out even worse. The beach is dirty all in cigarette butts, garbage (they pretend to be cleaned) alone Arabs throw everything in the pool and on the beach and in front of the rooms, others pretend to clean it. Everything just asks everything is fine??? Aren't you visible and not ashamed?? ?
