We rested abroad for the first time and chose this hotel on the advice of the tour operator. I must say right away that the negative reviews about this hotel were somewhat alarmed, but there was nothing to do - the tours were bought... But first things first.
1. Settlement.
After a journey a little more than a day long, I wanted to take a shower and lie down a little, but we were put on bracelets and told to walk around the hotel until 13-00 (we arrived at 10-00). On the advice of many, they put 20 USD in their passports so that they could settle in a normal room, but it was not necessary not to do this, because. settled in chalet number 4009 - who knows, this is the farthest corner of the hotel next to the mosque. But fatigue took its toll and we decided to leave the trial the next day.
2. Tour operator.

We rested from TEZ TOUR, so we had no complaints about them. The next day after arrival, we had a meeting with guides Ayman and Mohammed. They were very friendly, told about the hotel, about excursions, asked if we were well placed and offered assistance in relocating to another room, which we took advantage of. We were offered a 2-room suite on the 4th floor. But without a sea view. The receptionist said that a sea view would cost an additional 15 USD. per day. Yes, and God bless him, we came to the sea, and not to sit in the room. We took an excursion to Jerusalem for 150 USD. per person and never regretted it, because The border was practically crossed in 30 minutes, which gave us extra time to visit the sights, we were in no hurry and looked at everything in detail. Excursion guide Mark is also beyond praise. Yes, we knew that you can take cheaper excursions on the street, but we decided not to risk it and we don’t regret it!
3. Nutrition.
Everything is very delicious! ! Every day different dishes. From meat there was beef, lamb on the bone, chicken, duck, quail, game, lula kebab, sea side dishes, potatoes, 5-6 varieties of rice, vegetables, pasta, etc. A couple of times they gave squid. And what a bakery!! ! There are no words! Also there was always something dietary. I will say about drinks, since I am not a big gourmet in terms of alcoholic drinks, I liked the rum and cola and the gin was also good. I didn’t like brandy, beer is quite possible to drink.
4. Territory.
Very cozy and green. Also very clean (unlike the city of Sharm El Sheikh itself). Arabs are constantly messing around in the territory. Lawns are mowed, watered, leaves are removed. There are 2 pools: a large one - next to the main building and a distant one - a little smaller, but with a jacuzzi and a wonderful view of the sea from it! There are several mosques nearby, from which singing can be heard at a certain time, including at night, but it is unusual only at first, then all this is practically not noticed...
5. Sea!!!
Simply fabulous! The beach is large, there was enough space at any time, despite the fact that we shared this beach with another hotel from the Pickalbatros chain. There is an elevator to the beach, we never wait more than 2 minutes, there is also a staircase (for those who want to shake a little after a hearty dinner). The water is very clean and warm! ! A lot of different fish, a couple of times we saw squid. Definitely worth going to the wild beach! ! There LIVE corals, very beautiful!!
P. S. In general, we liked everything. The entire staff understands and speaks Russian, German, French, and English very well.
Russian was 80 percent, the rest were mostly elderly Germans. Frank "tagil" was practically not observed, but there were cattle-companies.
Conclusion - the hotel is not bad, but we probably will not return there again.
