When we raised a storm, it turned out that we were confused Masha, we ourselves sowed them somewhere, and that NO ONE ever stole at the hotel (I’ll explain: we looked at the reviews for previous trips: they had stolen money from people before, not only from the room, but and from the safe!!! ) The manager was very rude to us, they didn’t let us in to the phone at the reception, there was no hotel guide from Pegas Touristik. We were helped by a representative of Coral Travel - he gave us a phone, we called the guide and explained the situation. What do you think? Did he come and take care of it? Nothing like this. He didn't come. A day later, he sent a hotel guide, who listened to us with a malicious smile and offered to write a complaint. Which inevitably went to the urn, apparently, since no answer, no confirmation did not appear for the entire rest. The only thing we managed to do was to stop cleaning our room. . Not the most joyful holiday.

Bedouins look at beautiful Russian women like monkeys in a zoo, although they themselves do not suffer from a culture of communication and service. But the most disgusting thing is that we were robbed, i. e. 500 dollars were stolen from a rented safe at the reception. It was not all the money, some was left. But they didn't confess. And driving a takmi to the police, hiring an interpreter and the risk of being left without passports is the end of the vacation. We paid extra money and moved to a 4-star hotel located nearby. Don't go to this hotel!

I rested in "Cleopatra Tsokos" from October 06-15.2010, everything is great, except for one moment (they would be cleaned cleaner, I did not like how they clean and I hung a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle), towels, bed linen are changed on the first to your desire - everything is in a clean condition, air conditioning, hairdryer in the room work perfectly, the water in the bathroom was always cold hot, TV one Russian channel, the food is delicious, edible, did not cause indigestion, the staff is friendly, always ready to help you if necessary .

The hotel itself is small, cozy, most vacationers are foreigners: Italians, British, Arabs and very few Russians. The hotel, despite its 3 *, is very well located to the sea, shops, center. Before leaving, I read a lot of negative reviews and went prepared, but I realized that most of the bad reviews are "nonsense"! For a 3* a very nice hotel!
