We were in mid-May, 2019. A month later, emotions receded and a dry residue remained, which I want to share for those who are going to this hotel. First of all, let's break down the stay at the hotel by the sea and the hotel itself.
The reef is 8/10 for an inexperienced snorkeler (the variety of fish is impressive, a stationary panton, which you need to be careful with, since he personally hurt his foot well, which then healed for two weeks). BUT since the marine diversity is not the merit of the hotel, the sea rating is not included in the overall rating indicated above.
We pass to the hotel. The hotel employees (almost all of them) have thoroughly ingrained stereotypes in relation to all visitors: young / accomplished / aged; Europeans / own / CIS

Closer to the check-in time, I contacted the reception about the room. The first bell and the moment, WHICH NO ONE HAS WRITTEN IN THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE HOTEL - only ONE key is given to the bellboy. I don't know if this was the case with other visitors, but the general practice is that several keys are taken if the visitors do not like the first or second number. As you understand, we, as a young couple from Ukraine, were immediately assigned to a certain number they (and not us) needed. At the same time, both at the time of booking, and already on the spot, there was a request to be quieter, a view of the sea, and the latter is not decisive.
Whoever wants, I'll throw off the video, how "quiet" it was in the room where we were settled. In the backyard of the entire hotel, with access to the roads with garbage and households. rooms from which the sounds of construction were regularly heard or something like that. The window did not open, it was impossible to open the door, because it was immediately noisy, the safe did not work, but the extra. the bed was. Go to the pool - far to the beach - even further.
On the way to the room, we saw that exactly half of the hotel was free, but since stereotypes do their job, we were considered blind and deaf, they assured us that there were no more places. Do not believe those who write about responsive staff, since the level of responsiveness of both managers at the reception is minimal. After calling a tour operator in Ukraine, a local tour operator, in general, when they realized at the reception that they would not break off, they gave another number.

The room was much better in terms of location, however not the interior decor. Based on two rooms, I can summarize that the entire room stock is very outdated, very old and noisy air conditioners. Our room had access to a terrace. So, it was impossible to open the door to the room from the outside (with or without a key), so we entered the room through the terrace along the lawn. And at the end of the rest, the door from the terrace began to wedge. The safe has never failed. Towels were changed almost every day (I already spoke about symbolic tips). Housekeeping is wiping the floor from door to door + changing towels (roll them for a tip)
That is, the number of rooms and the responsiveness of the staff - 5/10.
The beach is very small (at high tide it was only possible to sunbathe on the upper beach), the sunbeds on the lower one are occupied in the morning, but it was not critical for us to go down from the upper one to the sea. Drinks on the beach were given intermittently, the water in the cooler at the bar was not very pleasant to the taste. The guys who work on the beach are quite sociable and not annoying. Beach - 7/10
The restaurant is very tasty. Of the minuses - very few fruits (dates, melon, oranges; less often - bananas, apples). Fresh juices are paid, there are no juices (only UPI). Restaurant - 8/10.
The animation is good.
In general, at least a third of the staff would not mind making a profit on you, making you look like fools, so be on the alert.
There is a gym, but the room for it is not suitable (it is impossible to train during the day).
