I really liked the hotel, the staff was friendly, they always made contact, all issues were resolved. The holiday coincided with Ramadan, so there were few Arabs, and there were only 10 Ukrainians in the entire hotel. We liked the food, everything was tasty and varied. We always dined in the main restaurant, as only there is the largest selection of dishes. Italian is empty, there is little food, so I do not advise.
Chef Denis was very helpful, thanks to him separately for this, he was always interested in whether everything was fine, he advised dishes! Thank you! Good coffee and delicious alcoholic cocktails! Fabulous house reef! The hotel is more than half empty, but this does not affect the quality of service. I would like the Europeans to come back as it is good for the hotel and for us. Now about the cons - the air temperature at 9 am was over 50. This does not apply to the hotel, this is an abnormal heat in early June, which seriously spoiled the impression of the rest. Tip, if you are sensitive to high temperatures, do not risk vacationing in Egypt in the summer!
