We are two adults and a child. We were in this hotel on New Year's Eve. The hotel from Pegas Turistik was recommended to us in the travel agency "Suzirya Tour", which is on the Knyazhy backwater in Kyiv. A tour for three for the new year cost $1.300.
Minuses. The hotel has a large area and 50 buildings, which means that all the "standard" rooms are located in the back of a large area. We were settled in the farthest room 3229 (near the entrance). When we entered the room, we realized that we were not expected. There are only two beds in the room. The porter promised to change in 5 minutes. (later it turned out that everyone talks for 5 minutes, or you can not wait at all). Two calls to the reception and forty minutes later they brought an extra bed. The fact that the room does not have a third warm blanket and towels, found out only in the evening. There was a broken balcony chair in the room, a broken door to the balcony, another call to the reception and another half an hour, an engineer came with tools and fixed the doors. Balcony railings are in a terrible state (if you hold your hand, you can get hurt), a torn ceiling spotlight and a safe that is not fixed, which can be taken out of the hotel without any problems!! ! And a marble table, from which the marble hunters broke off a piece!! ! The room has a door to the next room!! ! Probably there used to be a suite, but now they are selling it as two rooms!! ! You can not write about soundproofing !! ! I tried to change the room to see view, but they offered me an extra $30 per night (no one wanted to talk about the amounts of $30-$100). A lot of domestic problems, well, okay, the eve of the New Year, a good view from the window. The next day, the mixer jammed (water drain plug), another engineer took a plunger and the problem was solved. By the way, there is no brush in the toilet, everything that stuck to the toilet is removed the next day when cleaning!! ! The next day at night, after arriving from Naama Bay, we could not get into our room. Night trip to the reception, replaced the card. I come back and the door won't open again. Another night trip to the reception, already with a scandal. I brought the night shift manager, Joseph, and he opened the door. It seems that he acknowledged the presence of problems and promised to change the number in the morning. But in the morning he brazenly said that there is a room for you on the -1 floor with a view of the buses arriving at the hotel, well, the option with a surcharge remains. It seems that the staff is engaged in extortion of money, and not their duties. Two days later, the door to the balcony broke again. Portable safe and non-closable door (your finances are not protected!!! ). Once, during cleaning, a blanket was taken away from a child. Found out in the evening. I called the reception, after 30 minutes they did not bring. Another trip to the reception, a scandal. Asked to bring a blanket to the reception. 10 minutes later they brought it.

In front of my eyes, in prime time, the hotel workers began to paint the roof of the beach bar, which serves tourists. What if someone is allergic to paint? Umbrellas are stationary, dilapidated so much that he hit his head several times. Entry into the sea is only through two pontoons (no more, the guards swear!!! ) The swimming area is fenced with buoys and is very small. 30 meters wide and 100 meters along the reef. On the left is a water sports area, swimming is life-threatening (boats leave very often), and on the right is the Island view resort hotel - you can swim. The reef is good, no better than Baron Resort or Hilton Waterfalls.
Diving. In front of my eyes, while teaching diving, the instructor almost drowned an Arab girl. For about forty minutes she was assisted, first on a pontoon, then carried ashore on a stretcher. To my questions about the quality of alcohol, they opened a new bottle and poured it (no more than 10 turns, and 42 is written on the bottle). Why deceive? You can drink beer more or less, but the beach is poured into 150 gram plastic cups (annoying) !! ! Conclusion: It is better to take alcohol with you.
