Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested with children 2.5 years old, 7 and 9 years old, so I’ll tell you never go there with children, there are 90% of vacationing Arabs with families with a bunch of children! All the rest we tried to set ourselves up for positive, but it was very difficult to succeed. We were in Egypt 8 times, rested in Turkey, and in Greece, and in the UAE, and in Thailand and Sri Lanka, so there is something to compare with. Yes, they say that now Egypt is not the best of times, there is also a crisis, they are trying to save on everything, but sorry, we pay a lot of money and chose a hotel that belongs to the best hotels in Sharm, but its rating is 3 out of 5. Last year we rested in Hurghada in the Caribbean and there were complaints, but in my opinion it is much better than this one, it is rated 4 out of 5. I never find fault with hotels and rested at 3 and 4 and 5, I never wrote reviews, but this time wrote because they might be useful to someone.
And now all the pros and cons.
Pros:

ROOM: the room is clean and pleasant, they cleaned well, they even made swans, elephants, crocodiles (naturally for $ 1), if you don’t put money in, they can’t clean it, our rooms were near the reception 1107.1108. Very convenient location, it turns out in the middle of the hotel. For the number you can put 4 out of 5.
SEA: a lot of corals and fish, there were even stingrays.
MENU: Dinner was prepared to taste.
Cons:
RECEPSHIN: not very beautiful in appearance and small, always very smoky, they do not always understand and do not always respond to requests. They asked to bring us a sheet for an extra bed with a Russian-speaking girl, but they brought us another bed.
TERRITORY: very large and gray as for me, very few palm trees and flowers - in a word, buildings, paths and grass.
MAIN RESTAURANT: the hotel was 100% full, so there was simply a catastrophic lack of seats in the restaurant, and dishes too, if you came to the opening, you can take a table and dishes, but if after half an hour, then wait, wait until someone is eating and while they bring plates and cutlery. Draft drinks are only on order, you sit and wait until they bring you, sometimes you have already eaten, but they have not been brought yet. For meat dishes and fish, a queue of 20 or more people, all Arabs climb without a queue. And I also saw a picture of one Arab walking around a restaurant, of course it’s hard to call it that, most likely a dining room, and I tried dishes with a common spoon and from a common plate, it’s just tin, I felt like eating after what I saw. The situation is simply unbearable, there is an op for the entire restaurant of their children. Putting your feet on the table is normal for them. The coffee is disgusting, there are 2 Nescafe machines next to which there are always queues and it constantly breaks or there are no cups. Food in general for 3 out of 5, there is something to eat if you arrive on time. Fruits were: bananas, peaches, melon, oranges, dates, grapes 2 times in 11 days. But not always everything could be eaten, sometimes they mixed what they hadn’t eaten with fresh and there was a very unpleasant smell. It was the same with tomatoes.

Italian restaurant: was much nicer in terms of service and atmosphere, as there were not so many people in it, but the assortment of dishes was very, very meager, you could only have a bite to eat in it. We ate in it for lunch, it was located near the beach, we ate soup with pizza and fruit. It was possible to drink good brewed coffee in it! I really liked the cook, a pleasant man, he always tried to make everyone like everything.
BARS: Terrible bar at the reception, no service, they ignore our guests in full, serve only Arabs, and our last and pour not cocktails, but some terrible shmurdyaks, after which a terrible pain in the stomach, probably on purpose. I put 0 out of 5. Especially the black man who is on tap!
The bar, which is near the beach: very good, the staff try very hard, I put 5 out of 5. It was always a pleasure to visit them.
Bar on the beach: no packaged juices, it's hard to call a bar, pouring. Ice cream is only there, you can eat all day. 2 out of 5.
BEACH: I haven’t seen worse yet, entering the sea is only from a pontoon, but even there there are very few places to swim, Arabs in vests swim everywhere, like floats. The sunbeds on the first line are on the stones next to each other, the second line is up the stairs to the stones. The coast is full of stones, the beach is very small. During peak hours on the beach there is no place even to stand. There is no place to swim with children at all, and even more so to make sand. The most interesting beach for VIP vacationers is tin, meter by meter and stones. We went to the beach of a nearby hotel, more or less there.
POOLS: strewn with Arabs and shallow. Arabs generally cannot swim, so they swim mainly in the pool, the depth of the pools is 120 cm.
ANIMATION: IT'S SIMPLY NOT THERE for ours. In the evening after dinner, a small show for the Arabs. Not even a kids disco. We went to a nearby hotel for a children's disco.
Excursions: we went to the bathyscaphe with the Anex tour, we didn’t really like it. We waited a long time for the boat, more time just sailing than looking at the underwater world.
I will never come to this hotel again and I will not advise it to anyone, as for me it is better to go to some wilderness of Odessa and it will be much more pleasant there, I never thought I would say that. The last time I had a rest on the sea in Ukraine was in 2006.
