We arrived at the hotel at two in the morning (there was a flight delay, but that's another story) we were given a room (the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere, just nothing compared to everything else), we had to arrive at two in the afternoon, that is, the rooms should have been ready by two in the morning, but no! There are 3 of us, (me, my husband and my 10 year old son) which is clearly stated on the voucher, the room has two beds! We call the reception, they said a minute, after 30 minutes a person comes, moves the beds and leaves, we call the reception, we explain, in response: you, they moved the beds, lie down and sleep. I am trying to explain that the three of us will not be able to sleep in two beds, after 10 minutes of complaining, the husband goes to the reception, after another 30 minutes, they bring us a cot and spread it. Suitcases were brought to us after another 30 minutes. As a result, we were able to lie down by half past five in the morning !!!!
The attitude of the attendants is like I live for free with them at least at home, and for more than a year!!!
At the reception everything is for money, slippers, a needle and thread, EVERYTHING!! ! At the hospitality, girls solve problems with the same slippers, needles and thread, quickly and for free !!!

We had a late check out, it's TOUGH!! ! They cut off our bracelets at 12.00, there is nowhere to wash, the spa is paid)!
The room is so dirty I don't even want to describe it! ! And we also had mice!
Don't go to this hotel!
