There are 3 of us, (me, my husband and my 10 year old son) which is clearly stated on the voucher, the room has two beds! We call the reception, they said a minute, after 30 minutes a person comes, moves the beds and leaves, we call the reception, we explain, in response: you, they moved the beds, lie down and sleep. I am trying to explain that the three of us will not be able to sleep in two beds, after 10 minutes of complaining, the husband goes to the reception, after another 30 minutes, they bring us a cot and spread it. Suitcases were brought to us after another 30 minutes. As a result, we were able to lie down by half past five in the morning !!!!
The attitude of the attendants is like I live for free with them at least at home, and for more than a year!!!
