We came to the hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Before the trip, read the negative reviews, although they understood who leaves such reviews.
There is always a couple who do not like everything, from settlement to departure. Such “demanding” tourists came with us, everything did not suit them. As a result: we were settled in an excellent Deluxe room and much earlier than the check-in time, but the noisy ones were placed exactly at 14:00))))
The food is quite varied, my daughter is very picky about the choice of dishes, but she ate at Concord without any whims. The chef is a wonderful person, a very well-mannered person and a master of his craft.
The animation is at the highest level, a clear indicator of this is the lack of free tables on the terrace of the main restaurant. Let it look ugly, there are glasses, backpacks or sunscreens on all the tables...., but people take places in advance and this is the main assessment of the performances of the animators. For all the time of the rest, we did not see a single repetitive performance, the costumes are super. The guys are very positive, sociable and entertain tourists all day long.
There is a bar near the main pool, where you can have lunch, drink coffee, refresh yourself with nuts. . . Great guys work at the bar, they always try to do something pleasant, we didn’t have to wait or repeat our requests, they always brought what they asked for.
As for alcohol, I have nothing to say - I have not tried and have not tried. They drank whiskey brought with them.
We had a late flight, paid $50 and stayed in our room, no one cut off the bracelets. The hotel was 100% full.
Before that, we rested many times in Magic Life and did not feel any discomfort in Concorde. It all depends on the inner mood, if you want to see the positive and you will see it!
