Concorde El Salam Front Area 5 * (as this hotel is also called) was advised by our favorite travel agency manager, from whom we constantly take a break. Her clients and herself have rested in this hotel several times. We did not regret at all that we did not believe the false negative reviews about this wonderful hotel. Everything is in order. We arrived at the hotel early, around 8:00. Breakfast was not served (because everyone knows that the order of check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00), but they offered to drink coffee and have a snack in the lobby, which opens at 9:00. The coffee is very tasty, croissants and donuts, this is quite enough to wait for lunch from 13:00. At 11:00 they put on bracelets, settled at about 13:00, brought the suitcases 15 minutes after check-in. Room 1142 is located on the first floor, with a terrace, closer to the entrance to the hotel, next to the heated pool with exercise equipment, the depth of the pool is 1.2m. Excellent location: not noisy, close to the hotel exit, not far from the reception and the main restaurant, walking distance 1-2 minutes. Taking into account the fact that the area is very well maintained, clean and green walk to the buzz. There are 2 more heated pools on site (in the spa, an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, and an open one between the cottages with numbers starting at 20). The Hard All Inclusive food concept, in addition to 3 meals a day in the main or Italian restaurant to choose from, includes ice cream on the beach from 10:00, a snack on the main pool with a panoramic view (the pool is very large and beautiful, it’s a pity that it’s not heated): hamburgers, potatoes fries, hot dogs, peanuts, at 12:00 in a restaurant near the beach, which is paid from 19:00. As for the food in the main restaurant, it is varied: fish (boiled, grilled), beef (in various interpretations and always delicious), chicken always, beef liver 1 time, squid 3 times, small crabs 1 time, rice, potatoes, beans , olives, boiled and baked, stewed vegetables, fresh vegetables, pizza, soups, borscht, etc. And most importantly, everything is very tasty. Sweets, pastries, wine and beer, various juices. Fresh for $3 in the morning. Service in the main restaurant at the highest level, there were a couple of frozen waiters, but these are everywhere. The manager of the main restaurant Alaa is very attentive and friendly, everyone tries to please. It is a pleasure to stay in this hotel. It is also possible to visit the spa for free from 7:00 to 10:00 (warm pool, bath, sauna). The beach is very large, three-tiered, there are always free sun loungers. The sea is wonderful, there has never been a ban on swimming, the reef is good, there are a lot of fish of all kinds, especially a good sea and fish at 7:00 in the morning. You can also use the territory of the Sport Hotel, 4 *, where there are slides in the pool, a stable, an ice rink, football and some other fields. Housekeeping is also good, not perfect, of course, but given that a man cleans, it's quite decent. The animation team is international and very active, they hold stretching and Latin dances on the beach, and exercises near the gym, games of darts and boccia on the beach, aqua aerobics in a warm pool, water polo, they hold competitions in the evening and even dance themselves. Well done boys. In the morning and evening they poison insects. All in all I highly recommend this hotel! Would love to come back to this hotel many more times.
