flew to Concord on the advice of the operator. Very much praised. The reviews on the site did not frighten us, since all people are different, and we are not picky. But, everything is known in comparison.
1. Settlement: Arrived at 9 o'clock, another 2 hours waited on the suitcases until the bracelets were put on (without bracelets, only water, tea and coffee in the lobby bar). Then, until 14:00, they waited for the settlement. We asked where we can change while we wait - in the toilet (although they have a sleep room with changing rooms and could let us go there, as they did in another hotel last year).
The room was given 800 meters from the sea. If you want closer - 30 dollars per day per room! For $300 you could take 1 more person with you! The room was given on the 2nd floor without a balcony, which is very inconvenient! After persuasion, they agreed to change, but only the next day. As a result, the first day passed on suitcases.

2. Number. In principle, the second room, which with a balcony was not bad. Not new, but everything is clean, tidy, there is enough space for a family with a child. We were given an extra bed for a child.
3. Food. Even for the crisis in Egypt, this is very bad! Fish only pangasius, chicken and tough beef. No variety! They hunted for tomatoes, guava dates and tangerines from fruits, 2 times they were lucky to grab a melon.
In the main restaurant, if you do not come to the opening, it is difficult to find a free table. People walk around with plates, they don't know where to sit.
The waiters are in steam - they bring drinks already when everything is eaten!
Fish restaurant - every day pangasius and sausages (sometimes wings)
Italian restaurant - good pizza, pasta and some vegetables.
In the bar on the beach, only drinks, ice cream (although it was pleasing) - delicious and as much as you want all day.
Entertainment: Animation is sluggish, you can hardly see them. They walk one after another, smoke in public toilets (probably forbidden in public).
We arrived on March 8, and despite the fact that 80% of vacationers are from Ukraine, there was no special program, we didn’t even see a festive dinner in the restaurant! Animation is basically a few numbers of a dance program. But only those chosen ones who, an hour before the performance, took tables on the summer terrace, can see them. So we saw the show out of the corner of our eye, but standing over people's heads is not comfortable! Therefore, for the animation, too, minus!
Children over 5 years old are not interested in a kids club or a mini disco with a dance of little ducklings.
They didn't see anything else. We were looking for a children's cinema, in the schedule of the program it turned out that it was a TV with a cartoon in a kids club...

Infrastructure: the area is large, there are several pools. Two heated, 1 central with a bar without heating. Closer to dinner, the shade near the heated pool is hard to find - all the sunbeds are occupied. We went to the Concorde sport in the water park. Well, this is just the name - 3 children's slides that work for 2 hours in the morning and in the evening, it's good at least the pool is warm there.
There is an acute shortage of sun loungers on the beach, not to mention that 70% of them are broken. People take from 7 in the morning and by 9 it is already difficult to find a few sunbeds.
Sea: The reef is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. The pontoon is short and comfortable.
Maintenance: the room was cleaned upon request. When they said that today you don’t have to clean up, they even received a bottle of water as a gift! ; )
If the towel is not thrown on the floor, no one will change it.
The waiters at the pool bars are nice if you treat them well. Rude tourists are told that the beer / juice is over and they immediately pour adequate people.
Upset the main bartender in the lobby bar. Our friends were leaving 3 days early and before the flight came with hand luggage to the lobby for coffee/cocktails.
The waiter brought them around at 15:45. At 16:05, the head waiter comes running with an arrival that you all have to pay for drinks, because after 16 everything is paid for you. At the same time, half of the people had bracelets. I tried to explain that the order was made earlier and the waiter brought drinks before 16:00. He snorted and walked away. And when I went to order coffee for myself, he did not want to serve me, despite the fact that I was wearing a bracelet. He assured me that I was also flying away, and I could order anything for a fee. For another 5 minutes, he found out which room I was from and, having figured it out, he reluctantly poured coffee, spilling half a cup!
Don't think that I'm a snickering lady here and I don't like anything! No, just when you compare with other hotels for the same money, Concord loses a lot!
If this is your first time in Egypt, you might like everything!
In any case, it is always pleasant to rest, the sea of ​ ​ Egypt is wonderful, the company is excellent and the shortcomings of the hotel did not affect our mood!
But we won't come here again and won't recommend it to anyone.
