We bought the tour spontaneously and this hotel was recommended to us by a friend who works in a travel agency. Naturally, like everyone else, I read the reviews before the flight and only negative ones were deposited in my head. But... having tuned in for a fun vacation (flying with a company), I packed my suitcase and, in anticipation of a sailor, sun and a carefree week, rushed to Boryspil)) Departure on schedule, in a fun company 4 hours flew by unnoticed, transfer 20 min. and we are at the hotel.
At the reception, friendly guys quickly checked in, issued bracelets and sent to a restaurant for dinner.
Rooms. We paid for rooms with a sea view. The room is spacious, bright, clean, nothing to complain about, even if I wanted to. For a room at the reception did not pay extra! In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee (instant), sugar, dry cream, a bottle (1 l) of water - daily. How nice it is to start your morning with a cup of tea on the balcony while admiring the sea and the sunrise. And the view from the room is just magical! Cleaning daily, towels changed, swans twisted))

Territory. Green, well-groomed lawns, everything is neat, cozy and clean. Nice to walk on juicy grass. We walked in a nearby hotel of the same Concord Sport chain, the territory is also very beautiful, everything is designed for outdoor activities. We went to the reception, where we were treated to cocktails - for free.
Beach. The first line, the sunbeds are clean, not broken, the beach is always cleaned. The beach is located on two levels and we liked it. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, we specially took them on the second level. Entrance to the sea from the pontoon. The reef and the fish are very beautiful. The workers are very careful about marine life. We saw how one of the tourists got a coral onto the pontoon and the lifeguard returned it to the sea with such trepidation.
Nutrition. The cook is Ukrainian and that says it all) Tasty, satisfying, plenty of everything. There were crabs, various stews and seafood soups; meat (chicken, beef, duck), fish, very tasty soups, there is diet food. Sweets and fruits (melon, bananas, oranges, dates, pomegranate). The only moment, I had few vegetables. Not salads, namely vegetables and herbs in their purest form. (subjectively))
There is an Italian restaurant overlooking the sea, it is very pleasant to have breakfast in it, and we also dined there)
We always dined at the main restaurant on the terrace, there were different entertainment programs every evening.
Dishes are constantly replenished, do not rush to the opening of everything you have enough))
The beach bar always has ice cream, beer, whiskey, gin tonic, etc.
There is a bar in the main building and in the pool.
Service. Just perfect. Unobtrusively, imperceptibly, with a smile and from the heart))) I am very sorry that I took a little chocolate from Ukraine, I wanted to treat each employee))
On the beach of activity, you can walk to Concord Front who needs active entertainment.
Free gym, always empty.
We went to the hammam... nuuu can not be compared with Turkish of course. But I really liked the massage that Christina did, she is smart.

I think that for the money - this is a great hotel. And to find fault - yes, you can, but those nit-picking that I read in negative reviews from your own attitude to the situation. Exaggerated expectations from the hotel - choose a more expensive hotel and you will have an elite vacation, and that is NOT a fact. Rudeness - what we send is what we get in response, a positive attitude and a smile works wonders, and a chocolate bar is generally a magical tool)) They even wrote about the theft of suntan cream, FUNNY! We left money in the room and did not hide it in the safe, and no one took anything from us.
P. S. I highly recommend everyone to go to the Farsha restaurant. Unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is just magical!
