The tables were dirty and it was unpleasant to eat. All questions decided to leave in the morning. In the morning, we contacted the TUI representative at the hotel, explaining that we were not satisfied with the request to change the hotel with a surcharge to another.

TUI representative Salah was initially not happy with us and our objections. When asked how often they turn to you with a change of hotel, the answer was: yes. We were offered a replacement hotel, with the same surcharge of 100% (in connection with the New Year). For such an amount, one could fly to the Dominican Republic. But the furniture in the room is all old, water flowed endlessly in the bathroom. Because my husband and I planned to return home. This more or less saved the situation, BUT sheer unsanitary conditions were everywhere, dusty, dirty and not cleaned, there was ingrained dirt on the tables.

In our understanding, "good 5" is the hotels of the Rixus chain, Crystal. This hotel is a maximum of 4, a very big stretch. Our holiday was planned to be spent quietly in the hotel. But, against the backdrop of everything that we experienced, we decided to go to Israel. And there was also a big surprise!
