I rarely leave reviews, but at the moment too much negativity has accumulated, and therefore I took up the review while still on vacation.
Before I start describing the hotel, I’ll say that I’m far from the first time in Sharm, I have a great experience of relaxing in the Egyptian “fives” and I soberly assess the situation with both quarantine and the Egyptian mentality.
Settlement: we arrived at the hotel at 9 am, the room was given almost immediately, there were no problems, the bracelet was put on after 11.00 - so God forbid we didn’t slip in for breakfast, other tourists said that they put on the bracelet after 14.00.
Food: everything is very tasty, without exaggeration, the kitchen is beyond praise. The variety is not very - but this is due to quarantine.

The problems begin with the fact that, due to quarantine, the kitchen worker lays food - you can’t put it yourself. But because of this, a very long line is built for the dishes. Without exaggeration, to take a few dishes with vegetables for breakfast-lunch-dinner, it will take about 30 to 45 minutes of queuing, I'm telling the truth and I'm not exaggerating at all.
The kitchen workers are very slow, everyone, I'm sorry, I don't care how many people are standing, none of the staff is in a hurry.
Bars. Drinks are poured strictly one glass per person, on the beach two glasses each. Disposable glasses, 120 ml each, if beer is poured, then not up to a full glass and half foam, I'm not exaggerating here either.
Staff. The attitude is disregard, bartenders, restaurant workers either on purpose or from exaggeration of their own importance walk like sleepy flies, they do their work very slowly, they are very inattentive to guests, sometimes they frankly defiantly pour a cocktail very slowly, tips do not affect their work - disgusting service.
Hotel. I don’t know what year the building was built, but it looks a little shabby, the rooms are ordinary, everything works.
Beach. Big, enough space for everyone, but in my opinion a little uncomfortable, but this opinion is subjective))
For the first time in my 12 visits to Sharm el Sheikh, I want to change this hotel, make a formal complaint to the hotel management, express my utter disappointment in the hotel and in the staff. I know perfectly well that this will not lead to anything, but for my money and a lot of money, the hotel managed to spoil the rest and make it so that I will never come to this hotel in my life and, moreover, I will persuade none of my friends not to go here.
The review is written based on the experience of visiting other hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, some things are perceived from the subjective side, everything is described without prejudice.
