3 adults and a child 12 years old, bought 2 standard rooms. Upon check-in, on their own initiative, they gave $ 20 and received 2 neighboring rooms with sea views, 1 minute walk from the restaurant / reception / pool / bar. The rooms are tired, but given the long-standing renovation, everything is working and absolutely normal. Food: for every taste, but after 10 days it is already boring. In order not to stand in queues, it is worth walking an hour before the end of breakfast / lunch / dinner. Few people know how it turned out that there are 2 restaurants for breakfast / lunch, the guide will tell you about this at the meeting. In the second "Italian" restaurant, the choice is small, but a minute's walk from the beach and a gorgeous view of the sea, it has an extended breakfast / lunch time from the main restaurant. I don’t understand those who think that they don’t pour enough - we had a problem to finish eating and stop the cook in time.
Cleaning: daily and persistently, with or without tips, swans, elephants, dogs spun daily : ) In one room, there was a problem with air conditioner condensate and a leaking toilet (did not notice when checking in) - the cleaner himself called those support and everything was done in half an hour even without our application for reception. Most of the staff (reception/bars/animators/restaurant) can speak Russian. Reef: at first it seemed dying and small, but then we realized where to swim and for 14 days we saw someone new every day. Rays, lionfish (various), moray eels, tuna, flute fish, Napoleon, barracuda and all the usual inhabitants of coastal reefs - everything is there. Pools: depth 1.20 m in all, from the main pool there is a gorgeous view of the sea, but it is very crowded and noisy.
Animation Entertainment: we were not particularly interested, the animators are very pleasant and do not give a damn, but they devote time to all the guests. The evening program takes place in the neighboring Concord Sport Hotel in a separate building that resembles a cinema with carpet and white plastic chairs, you can also drink warm beer and cocktails at the bar : ) If you choose this hotel, stock up on Roshen chocolate, for local staff it is more valuable than a dollar, it is highly quoted and everyone asks : ) Upon departure, the bracelets are cut off at 12.00, but there is lunch in the “Italian” restaurant already without bracelets, and if you gave tips / chocolates to bartenders / waiters a couple of times during your vacation, you can count on being serve without bracelets and see off "as relatives" : ) Normal, humane, respectful attitude towards the staff is the key to your good rest.
