I'll start in order. There were five of us: four adults and a child of 8 years old. They settled us in a room along the road with round-the-clock traffic. There was no water in the room at night. After they left a tip, they stopped cleaning the room)))
Regarding the staff, I left an extremely negative impression. And it all started with the fact that a girl from the animation team approached us on the beach and offered to take our child to participate in children's entertainment programs that take place in Concord Sport. We agreed on our own. We were told that at 17.00 you need to pick up a small one. We came there - neither the animators, nor our child !! ! We rushed in horror in search - both to the guards and to the reception - we only received a response - we do not speak either Russian or English !! ! No one cared!! ! As a result, they found it on their own.
The food is terrible - to say little !! ! Everyone, and not only us, but also other vacationers, had an upset for almost a week !! ! When ordering drinks, the staff constantly had a feeling of dissatisfaction. Sometimes they even directly said that you can’t order so much!! ! Only one glass per person per evening. What nonsense! And this is in the so-called five!!!
