Rested in Concord in September! What can I say, this is not the first time I'm in Sharm on vacation, and indeed on vacation in other countries.
I'll start over. My friends are going on vacation for the first time. Long chose Egypt or Turkey! Finally settled on Egypt! We came to the travel agency TUI. And there we were processed in full and said that Concorde is super.
We arrived in Egypt. They met us, brought us to the hotel, and immediately sent us for lunch. We go down to the dining room and OH HORROR!!!! ! They tried to seat us at a dirty table! On wet chairs! The dining room itself seems like a complete savepia! And if we talk further about the dining room... then every morning the cups are turned upside down on dirty napkins, the cups are dirty.

Food! Food to be frank on 3-. Fried potatoes. (If you haven’t eaten it today, everyone will eat it up for breakfast tomorrow) Pastries with an incomprehensible aftertaste, you can’t eat it, it seems that you are eating soap. Once we liked lunch at a restaurant on the beach, grilled meat, asparagus salad, pasta in a creamy sauce.
Number. We beat the number with all our might. After what we saw in the dining room, we were categorically against settling in and asked to be transferred to another hotel (the couple who flew with us checked in earlier than us and came to the reception to demand a change of hotel. We asked what they were not happy with, they said that the ticket cost them 2500 dollars, the room is terrible, a light bulb hangs from the ceiling on wires, pre-revolutionary beds). But TUI are frostbitten forever, their attitude is boorish. In general, from 2 p. m. to 6 p. m. we fought for a normal room....as a result, they knocked out a room near the pool.
The towels were once brought dirty, with unwashed ink, the sheet was covered with dirty, as if they had poured mud over it, the duvet cover was never changed during the 7 days of rest, and I initially had the impression that it was already in use.
Territory is uncomfortable!
I can say one thing, that we are not one of the harmful vacationers....and we do not find fault with all sorts of little things. We went to a 5 star hotel. And for the amount we paid, we wanted a comfortable stay.
I wish you all a good holiday. Better overpay $ 100 for a couple and go to Sultan Gardens. This is the best hotel where you want to come back and come back!
