When I was going to go to the front, I read negative reviews and thought that everyone had a different impression of the expected vacation)), we went from the tour operator thuja, the check-in was long, but I hoped that we just arrived early, we had to prepare the rooms, we were with a small child, settled in the building at the entrance to the hotel, on the 2nd floor, (3221) the room is dirty, there is mold in the bathroom, the balcony has not been cleaned even once for 2 weeks, I went to the reception desk, asked to be relocated, they fooled their heads for two days, then they offered a room worse but closer to the main entrance to the hotel, I refused, asked to pick up something better, to which I was told that they could offer only those rooms that the operator bought out, and these are all rooms in front of the hotel, I left the stroller on the street for two weeks, oh well)) cleaning bad, the furniture is old and shabby, the beds are sometimes torn, for 5 it’s not even funny, the beach is not comfortable, it’s made with balconies, it’s packed with people, the reef is so-so, before that we lived in a place where it’s much more beautiful, and by the way there were no problems with service in general, I’m already silent about cleaning the rooms, we could have a flyer hanging all day, no one came)), by the way, we were offered sports, everything seems to be the same but further)) don’t be fooled by promises, we talked with people the food there is bad, far away, and the most interesting thing if you are lucky, they can settle in the central building, and there the entrance doors to the room are just opposite the highway, and attention! The runway of the Sharm el-Sheikh airfield (runway), it was cool to watch the planes take off, about once every 15 minutes)))))) it’s fun and noisy to live there, although if you go to drink, then in principle you can fall asleep, but I don’t know )) by the way, about a drink, we went to ultra, in principle I don’t drink, especially a small child, but in the first days it was cold I wanted to warm up, they only offer Smirnov vodka and Napoleon cognac in a bar near the reception)) instead of vodka, it’s not clear what was poured , I asked where the vodka was, the bartender told me that it would be over in five minutes, we sat for two hours, it didn’t work out to drink))) a bottle of martini in the bar costs $ 182, I’m not kidding))). Before that, I was in different hotels, both at 4 and at 5, but I have never met such a poor-quality hotel, but about the fact that ours are rude and like snickering, maybe they brought it)) I would not be surprised in Concorde, I do not recommend this hotel to none of your friends, and if you are used to a good quality holiday, look for another hotel. By the way, about the restaurant, the food is edible, but the furniture and everything else leaves much to be desired, and everything is made of steel too)) . By the way, I won’t go with the thuja either, everyone who came from the turtesses was settled in normal buildings, in front of the sea, maybe everything is much more fun there, I don’t know, we weren’t lucky))))) Natalia
