Seeing the reception with dirty windows, broken front doors, which were barricaded with an armchair, and a sad bouquet of 3 sticks of flowers and rotten water, it became clear that everything was sad. This is not the first time in Egypt and we do not focus on repairs and everything else, but here we were surprised by the dirt, garbage, broken furniture and so on.
Check-in began - or rather, we went to look at the room and came back - then my husband said that we would live at the reception - then the manager came to us and took us to one more room - it was the oldest but the "cleanest" - we were tired and agreed - for There was no wet cleaning for 10 days and 10 dollars - you could sew a wig out of the hair on the floor, they only twisted swans. Room - be prepared for the fact that the walls vibrate from the included air conditioners and there is constant noise and this cannot be fixed.
The hotel is a water park - 2 slides are in disrepair (the children didn’t even ask to ride them), the territory is dirty everywhere - they didn’t even go inside the hotel, they immediately went to the minibus and went to the sea, the restaurant is loudly said - they didn’t starve die (fruits - green bananas and oranges). On the plus side, the restaurant staff are very friendly! If you suddenly got here, don’t be upset - have breakfast and immediately leave for the sea to a hotel on the first line - all bars are included and an Italian restaurant on the seashore - it’s delicious (lunch and dinner) + ice cream for children on the beach.
