In July, 10 days rested in Concorde Sport, 2 adults and a child. The hotel was mostly inhabited by Russians and Ukrainians. The Concorde Front Hotel, on the other hand, is mostly British. The two hotels are very close, every 10 minutes a bus runs between the hotels. We were allowed to use all the bars, pool, games room and spa of the Hotel Front, and we could also dine at the Italian restaurant; it was impossible to use anything else, contrary to what was seen or heard. The service in Sport is relatively good, the quality of services with and without tips is no different, the rooms are cleaned cleanly, bushes are fumigated every evening on the territory, so there are no mosquitoes. There is no alacarte system in Sport, it is in the Italian restaurant, but you can have breakfast and dinner there for money with a 40% discount. I advise you to dine several times in the Italian in the Front, the cuisine is different from the main Sport restaurant. Service in the main Sports restaurant is very slow, I saw people who drank tea from plates, because they waited for cups. It is better to order drinks for everyone together for a family, several glasses of juice, because you will have to wait a long time. On one of the days of our stay in the Sport, there was a strike of workers, so managers served us in the restaurant, everyone noticed the difference in service, everything flew, plates changed and drinks were brought at a great speed. For children there is a separate menu, in the children's corner in the restaurant there are small tables and chairs, there is a fence that separates the children's part from the adult. The fence is perhaps the only toy in the restaurant, and the children constantly fought over it.
There is only one pool, the depth is the same everywhere - 1.2 m. There is an excellent club for children - Leo. The club has several games rooms, a bedroom, a large playground, there are games for younger and older children. A team from Ukraine works, they are great, our child was not bored. The child can be left on receipt under the full supervision of educators for almost the whole day. Moreover, our constantly asked to stay there. Children are taken to lunch, they are taught to swim, the football academy, the Olympic Games, they draw on faces, they do exercises, etc.
We had a guide Turtes - Mukhamed. I can't recommend anything for tours. The time was not the most calm, so we only took diving in Ras Muhamed, but the excursion failed, we did not see the promised beauties of the underwater world, the places for snorkeling and diving were not chosen well. We complained and the money was returned to us. Yes, I forgot, the reef near the hotel is very cool, there is something to see, and the pontoon is not as long as in other hotels.
