Just got back yesterday. There were no problems at all, but there were still some small minuses - but I think they will be in any hotel - we all have different tastes. We flew and settled without problems, the standard room is away from the sea, if you want to see the sea from the window - 20 and 30 bucks per day, pay extra, all this is indicated directly at the reception. We didn’t really pursue the view and agreed with the number that they gave. The number: I describe without emotion - bed linen is gray, duvet covers are shorter than blankets, linen with holes and stains (I don’t even have such a floor cloth at home, I buy a beautiful floor cloth in the store) But for some it may not be the main thing - but it's 5 stars, right? Bathroom - a cracked panel on the bathtub, the bathtub itself, apparently, was so old that it was just painted on top! and after a couple of days of our use, this paint began to delaminate and crack right under our feet. The doors and the woodwork in the room in general were as if they were 100 years old - I just pay attention to such things - grinding and coating were required. Everything else did not cause any special complaints .
Cleaning, service - full order. In the restaurant, the food was different, people overate (including us) and after a week the stomach began to resent and ask for diets))) there are really problems with fruits - I read about it even before departure. Yes - tiny green peaches, green cherry plum (or a similar fruit) (badly washed), oranges, grapefruits for breakfast, there were also dates. About the fact that they give a slice of watermelon and melon - complete nonsense! yes, they put 2 pieces on your plate - but! you just hold it and say "mor" - "more" and you will be given at least 2 watermelons or 3 melons! or just come up a few times, I have not seen or heard that someone was refused. Drinks are poured in portions, but this is the policy of any hotel, just come up as many times as you need - they will not pour liters at a time.
The service has always been great, smiling and nice people. BUT!! ! Dear tourists, it depends on us! I smiled at them and was polite, and they tried to please once again.

On the beach, the animators didn’t pull or drag, if I didn’t want it myself, we became friends with them and talked very pleasantly.
The sea was wonderful! about special shoes - they are needed only for diving and snorkeling, I just swam and I didn’t need them at all, we went into the water from the pontoon, we just needed flip flops to get to the water - the sand is just hot - walk on it with bare feet impossible. I recommend buying flip flops on the beach - completely rubber slippers - any others do not fit. I arrived in Nike fashionable slippers - everything was fine, but they remained wet for a long time and simply deteriorated. and DEFINITELY!! ! buy sunblock (sunblock) How many burnt people I have seen - just awful! ! and on the plane people flew back with wounds from the sun (((and more. for those who immediately understand me - there is no coffee at all . . there is some kind of drink that they call that . . but it's just a parody . . all tourists so they said, this is not only my opinion, but we went to drink coffee in a paid bar, a cup (tiny) - 2.5 bucks. Tea in the restaurant - lipton from bags (several bags were brewed in a large kettle) beach.
Towels on the beach are washed-out yellow rags, it’s time to change them (recycle), for a 5-star hotel it’s just undermining the image, but apparently for the hotel owners this is not a cause for concern. I wonder if they also have such towels at home??
The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well-groomed, cleaning is going on all the time.
That, perhaps, is all. Ready to answer all questions.
