It was my first time in Egypt with my wife. We flew from Anex-tour - no problem, but the flight from Vizeir: landing there began with a delay of 1 hour, we flew back 30 minutes late. In principle, this is all the trouble for the rest. We rented a room from the tour operator SR, we did not like its location (dark area, 1st floor, far from the hall and the sea), but the hotels paid extra $15. overnight and we were moved to a room with a gorgeous view of the sea (I recommend taking the 2nd floor), their numbering goes like this: for example, No. 4204, the first digit is the building number (1 building is actually on the beach, the rest are like steps above), the second digit is floor, the rest - rooms on the floor. Rooms and furniture are good, cleaned every day, we didn't pay any money. Staff, food, beach, animation, gym - normal. More precisely, the beach is super, the pontoons are short - up to 30 m. The food is a great choice (always: potatoes, rice, fish, meat, pasta in various forms), but from 3 days the menu was actually the same. I do not advise wasting time on a free dinner in restaurants - nothing special. You can use the water park of the neighboring hotel Inter Plaza (3 minutes walk from the hall). In a word, the holiday was a success.
