Rested in Egypt for the 4th time. I did not pay attention to not very good reviews about this hotel, but was tempted by the beautiful descriptions of the coral reef. The sea and corals are really impressive, but on previous trips there was no less underwater beauty. But the service leaves much to be desired. The mini bar was filled for us after I asked our hotel guide once, three times the administrator at the reception and three times Russian-speaking girls sitting in the hotel lobby specifically to listen to the requests of vacationers and fill gaps in the service. On the third day, the bar was first filled in the amount of half the prescribed, and then two more times they brought the full set : ). Although the bar was supposed to be filled only once for free, and then for the money. After that, we decided not to waste time talking at the reception and did not pay attention to the fact that the refrigerator, lamp, TV remote did not work (we put our own batteries), the front door of one of the cards did not open, the door to the balcony did not close. In the room, the cleaner forgot to take out the garbage from the bin, forgot to put sheets on the sunbeds on the balcony, the stains on the floor in the bathroom survived his cleaning (we gave tips). The restaurant had a very small selection of food. In the main restaurant on the terrace, we set our own table, cleaned the plates ourselves. There were horrible-looking green cloth napkins that were scary to wipe your hands with and there were no teaspoons at all. People stirred the sugar with forks and tablespoons. Then we began to go to the Laguna restaurant. The choice of dishes there was even smaller, but there were also very diligent waiters who literally snatched slightly pushed plates from our table. Thanks to them we felt like people : ). There were also teaspoons and normal white napkins. In "Laguna" we finally found free ice cream. In the main restaurant, we were told that there is no free ice cream in this hotel. All these shortcomings did not spoil our vacation, there was a wonderful society, an incomparable sea, but I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
