I want to share my impressions of the hotel in hot pursuit. In Egypt, there were the first and the hotel was chosen scrupulously, I really didn’t want to get into some kind of barn with cockroaches.
We arrived at 10, settled at 13, but, to be honest, time was running out and we did not have time to feel annoyed about this. Naturally, we did not receive any kind of welcome cocktail, but we learned about this later. We were allowed to go to dinner before the settlement, but we decided to wait for some certainty, because we wanted to leave our bags, take a shower, etc. etc. As a result, we got the room first. But we dragged the bags ourselves in the 40-degree heat. When asked where our room was or at least in which direction, the reception vaguely waved their hand somewhere in the direction of the pool. On the way, the attendants willingly suggested which direction to move on. We didn't pay anything for the room, but the room itself was good. Everything worked, with regards to the number of claims, no,
The food is somewhat monotonous, but you definitely won’t stay hungry. Of the two restaurants, "Laguna" seemed better. The staff is very friendly. They work like ants, wash, clean, scrub and at the same time they joke and even sing! I am sure, with a friendly attitude towards them, they will break into a cake to please! Absolutely everyone speaks or at least understands Russian. Speaking of Russians, the hotel is filled mostly with Germans, British, Jordanians and most Italians. BUT....there are also Russians, and believe me, it is the Russians who behave in such a way that you want to fall through the ground. They drink alcohol a lot, swear loudly, forgetting that there are children around. While they themselves revel in zyuzyu, their children swim in the pool in diapers !! ! And on the eve of our departure, two Russians came to the restaurant in national Egyptian clothes (such long "nighties"), the Arabs looked at all this and did not even smile, but were simply shocked. We were very ashamed.

Well, in general, it was fine.
