Went last year with my girlfriend. First time in Egypt, never been anywhere before. I can only compare with Alushta (Crimea): ))
The hotel was chosen from the photo. We overpaid a little for a room with a sea view, since there were no more ordinary ones at the time of ordering the tour.
The view did not go wrong, see the photo! We lived on the first level near the sea, a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
In awe of the Red Sea! A lot of fish, corals - a riot of colors and shapes. For those who have never been to Egypt, it is worth visiting just because of the sea. In addition to snorkelling, we took a diving excursion. Felt like Cousteau : )
The hotel is arranged in levels-terraces. Upstairs is a large swimming pool, reception, restaurants. Downstairs is a small pool with a small snack bar. You can take the elevator up. We were not bothered by going up to the restaurant for a meal.

In general, the description of the hotel exactly corresponds to the rating "6" - a normal hotel, if you do not look for flaws.
The rooms are somewhat worn out, the furniture is old. In general, it needs an update! At the entrance there was an unpleasant smell in the room - to be treated by airing the room. Everything was functional: shower, air conditioning, plumbing, refrigerator, TV, telephone, safe.
Feeding tolerable, no frills. You can always find something to eat. By the end of our short vacation, my girlfriend felt the food across her throat, due to the fact that almost all dishes have the same seasoning.
I can’t say anything about the evening animation, somehow everything passed us by. Mostly hung out at the bar in the evenings or went to the city.
About the bar. Males are not held in high esteem: plastic glasses are small, pour a little more than half. This approach strains, but as far as I understand, this is not treated, the local "color".
The entrance to the sea is made somehow, you can call it in one word - hack! At the neighboring hotel, the pontoon is stronger, it sways less on the waves.
I would return to Egypt again for the sake of the sea, but in a different hotel.
