Stayed at this hotel twice. In 2014 and 2015. The food was top notch. Meat, fish, crabs, grill. Fruits and vegetables, a sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ sweets. Cleanliness is good, rooms are ok. The staff is friendly. The second time was better, they gave a room with a terrace, overlooking the sea, put on gold bracelets, the best room. Close to Hollywood Park. We walked. Everything was fine, but in this hotel my winter jacket was stolen when we visited for the second time. We arrived from an excursion in the middle of the night, went to bed. I didn't even look in the closet. At lunchtime, when we were packing up (the next day we had a departure), I noticed that there was no jacket. We went to the reception, but it turned out that our guide had changed, and there was already a different guide. They fooled us, they were looking for that cleaner. And then in the evening it turned out that he had changed. And I had to declare to the police, they told me so already when I returned home. Then we saw the guide, he said that he would deal with this situation. And then we found out that our flight was moved to an earlier time. In short, they all played for time until we left.
We did not visit this hotel again. Of course, everything has already changed there, but we still have a sediment. Our guide was from Anex tour. Anex then apologized, and allegedly everyone was fired. And nothing more. No compensation. Zero. (People were not fired, but simply transferred to another hotel). If it happened now, I would arrange it for them. And so, it was our second trip abroad, and we hoped that they would help us. The girl with her son, who was resting with us, told us at the airport that they had lost money from the safe. Not much, 50 dollars. Noticed already when evicted at 12 o'clock. And the bus came for us like at 13.00. I don't remember exactly. She only had time to talk with the reception and with the guide. She was promised the issue was resolved. But how her story ended, I do not know. Be vigilant and carefully look after your belongings. Even in the room and the safe, check everything periodically, even regardless of the hotel. Have a good rest everyone.
There is a cool hotel, a super beach, an entrance from the pantone, and there was not a big lagoon near the coast. Large beautiful and green area. Two pools. Great beach with plenty of room for everyone. There is a nearby hotel, Continental Plaza, with water slides. They have one owner. We were free to go there, use the bar and eat. If not for this incident, we would have come again, but alas.
