I rested with my wife from 09/08/2011 to 09/18/2011. I can say that I am with the usual requests for service, but what we saw in this hotel in no way characterizes it as a 5-star! The only plus is the sea and a very beautiful coral reef.
And now the cons! Let's start with how we were met: we arrived in the evening. They didn’t treat us with anything, as guests are usually met, and the guide put us in the elevator and disappeared. Then we looked for our room in the dark, having found it, we waited for our suitcases for another half an hour, we barely had time for dinner.
Nutrition: monotony and quality from which we got an upset stomach and hung on nifuroskazide for 3 days. When the restaurant opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was reminiscent of the storming of the "Winter". People were rushing to grab a plate quickly, because the queues for food were long. There was clearly not enough staff. People put dirty dishes on neighboring tables to make room for food. An appetizer at a bar near the beach is a tortilla with sausage, for which the queue at the bar lined up, like in the Mausoleum. Beer in the same bar ended after an hour of its opening. Poured beer in 200gr. cups of 2 per person, and then poured so that when the PLENTY foam sat down, then 100g of beer remained. in a glass.

Mice lived in an urn on the beach! Kipish rose, their bosses arrived! Suddenly, beer appeared in the bar, the mice were eliminated, but after a couple of days everything returned to normal.
The mini-bar was often forgotten to replenish, although a tip for cleaning was left.
