Море....просто рай Sea....just heaven

This trip to Egypt is my third. I have been to Hurghada twice before. Sharm El Sheikh was a pleasant surprise for me. A cleaner city, a lot of greenery and the main difference from Hurghada, the absence of a crazy wind with which you simply freeze in Hurghada in 40 degree heat. Plus, the local population is quite calmly offering their goods (there is no such savagery as constantly grabbing your hands as in Hurghada).

Hotel: the area is just awesome. Very beautiful. Everything is nearby. The hotel is not big, but very comfortable. 4 elevators with transparent walls on which you can go down to the sea. Two swimming pools, one of which is heated. They cleaned the room well. The sea is just amazing. Fish swim underfoot. Very beautiful reef. But be sure to buy slippers to go into the sea. For those who swim poorly or do not swim at all, I recommend going to the old pantone. If you look at the plastic pantone, it will be on the right behind the stones. Grab a piece of bread and go...

The fish will swim towards you. The only thing is, don’t go very far along it - serious depth begins there, and there is no fence as such.

Cons: Arrived on Fri - generally it was not possible to eat. But since Monday, the team of chefs has changed and the cuisine has changed for the better, although it was terribly monotonous. Remember, there were drinks in bags that were diluted with water - Yuppies? The hotel had just that. Moreover, they still manage to make ice cream out of it. Rare bullshit. True, once there was coffee ice cream - it was impossible to tear yourself away from it. You can't stop eating wafers covered in chocolate/caramel/condensed milk (your choice) that were baked in the morning. But you will have to stand in line for them. The coffee in the restaurant is disgusting. We were satisfied on the beach with instant Neskafe, of local origin.

The second minus is the beach. Very pretty but very small.
In order to take a sun lounger under an umbrella, we got up at 6 in the morning and at the same time we were far from the first on the beach.

Sharm El Sheikh is certainly a beautiful city. We constantly went to the new center (Nyama Bay) to take a walk, smoke a hookah, eat seafood. For shopping, it is better to go to the old city (Charm), but prepare yourself to haggle and haggle in advance .....Sometimes it turns out to drop the price just by half. There is a free bus to Nyama Bay from the hotel, but you need to sign up for it in the morning. We took a taxi. To Nyama bay 5ue, to the old town 7ue.

Despite the cons, I am very satisfied with my stay. Only if you are going to Egypt, I recommend going first to Sharm El Sheikh, and secondly for 10-12 days, no less. I've been here for 7 days, it's not enough. I just got used to it, went on 1 excursion and already have to go home.

Well, the main thing is your mood. Of course, you can ruin your vacation with all sorts of petty nitpicks, but it doesn’t happen so often.
