We returned from vacation a week ago. Rested full 9 days (tour for 11 days). We flew with a small child of 2 years. By the way, we were 2 years old there. Arrived at the hotel at half past eight. We handed over the documents for registration and went to eat. Hit immediately and hard. We were shocked. This is a real diner. There is no hint of a restaurant. I, as a designer, can make allowances for the design of a restaurant in terms of styling, but how do you justify the service and variety of dishes? I will say this: the variety is minimal, - the minimum that should be in the diet was, but this is far from a five, but as I think (purely intuitively, since I didn’t rest in triples) a full-fledged triple. In one version, meat, fish, chicken, rice, potatoes and a variety of vegetables. What a lot is vegetables, but they turn out to be boring in 9 days. Pastries are good, no or very little fruit. Who had time, he ate. I also realized that if you want to simply sit down at a served table and not look for a waiter with a request to clean the table after previous vacationers and bring cutlery, you need to come at the beginning of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Then everything becomes problematic. I also want to say if you are used to espresso, good juice, tea in a teapot (my husband and I don’t drink at all, so we can’t evaluate alcohol, but we also heard that it’s nothing good, but in other hotels regarding alcohol on the all-inclusive system, too nothing good), then forget about it for the rest! Diluted UPI, instant coffee, packaged lipton (and you can do all this yourself). This is the first time we went to the city and bought a good package of juice, fruits and ate and drank it. Our daughter was also saved by tea. From all of the above, we can conclude: if you like to eat well, then you are not here.
The exterior of the hotel. I will post photos of the hotel, but not the flaws that are there. I am not a fan of taking pictures: all sorts of insects, not washed windows, unpainted columns somewhere, etc. I think that this hotel was, so to speak, "at its peak" in the first 5-6 years after construction. Now he looks like something unfinished (sorry for this word, but I couldn’t find another). Maybe we hit it that way, we just haven’t managed to bring it to the right condition yet, the only question is: in which direction ?? ! If you do not pay attention to all this, then it is quite beautiful there, as the sea does its job. The reef is awesome. The hotel is located in a place called coral gardens. A large number of boats came to our coast every day. I will say this: this hotel has a minimum set of staff to maintain the life of the hotel, but it, that is, the staff for this hotel should be 2 times more. This hotel has everything to be a five (this is the territory, and the location, and the architecture of the hotel itself), but the management is very bad and it's a shame. The main contingent is Russians and Ukrainians. There are very few foreigners, respectively, and service for our brother. Our main thing is to get drunk and break away, of course not for everyone. We observed that the majority of holidaymakers in this hotel do just that. This is not a shortcoming of the hotel itself, but rather of our mentality, but I speak from the fact of what I saw. Up to this point, we have traveled to other hotels and have seen a different attitude and the very atmosphere in the hotel. Here the impression is created that everything is put on stream and the goal is to earn more money here and now. The hotel does not work for the image and for the future. Those who have rested there, I doubt that they will want to go again. I'm in the same number.
Another very interesting point. The hotel is mainly for Russian speakers, and the animation is Italian. Then more guys came (by the way, they are from Odessa) 4 people. Well done! Began to actively hold events on the beach, pool, evening shows. In general, revived the hotel! Good luck to you!

You know, I want to say one more thing in conclusion. When I read negative reviews about hotels, I was always surprised: guys, what do you eat at home? What's wrong with you? Now I understand that this happens. You go and expect to receive a certain level of service for your money (please note, not a little money, for this amount that we spent, we could easily go to a proven 5 * hotel. You say, well, you had to go! I will say this: I like to constantly learn and see something new, but after this hotel, I’m ready to go to a proven hotel).
If you do not bother with the above trifles and go diving and swimming, then you are definitely here!!!! ! The reef is beautiful!!!!!
