Very sorry! that it was necessary to rate this beautiful hotel so low! Literally four days ago, my review of this hotel would have been flattering, because. its architecture, location by the sea, clean and flourishing territory involuntarily prevail over other shortcomings. For the first time, we rested in Egypt as a family and were initially optimistic about a wonderful vacation and were not at all going to find fault with trifles - you can’t please everyone!
I would close my eyes to the "clean" dishes with the remnants of yesterday's food and prints of someone else's lipstick, to the monotonous daily menu, to the "clean" towels on the beach with the smell of mold, to the slightly biased attitude of the staff towards the Russian-speaking contingent of vacationers, to the lazy staff spoiled by tips... (everything can't be perfect), if not for the last straw!
I want to warn those who have the time of the return flight falls on the evening-night time! Do not rely on the favor of the hotel administration! For the entire stay at the hotel, we did not skimp on "gratitude" in USD, we were friendly with the staff, although not everyone responded in the same way, therefore, in order to avoid misunderstandings, we applied to the reception for three days with a request to extend the room, because we had a return flight at 23.40 (we needed to sleep off, given that we still had to drive more than one hundred kilometers from Boryspil), to which we were told that there were no problems, we just needed to come in the morning on the day of departure and pay for the extension. All morning on the day of departure, we were fooled in the lobby, fed with hourly promises, and at noon they gave us two hours of time to pack up as compensation and asked us to leave our luggage at 14.00 and vacate the room !! ! At a gallop, we managed to pack up and at exactly 14.00 the porter took our luggage and we left the room. When handing over the keys, they provided us with an invoice for $ 40 for exceeding the time spent in the room and a repeated, previously paid bill for billiards!! ! And although later it turned out that the billiards had indeed been flattened, and the room was cleaned and ready to receive new tourists, in response to our indignation (the free grandmas broke! ) They defiantly cut off our bracelets, thereby refusing dinner, with the words "HOTEL FINISH"... After such a finale, I really will say "THE HOTEL CONTINENTAL FINISH!!! " I hardly want to go back to the place where you can spoil all the surroundings for your money and I will not recommend it to my friends!

It's up to you to decide - have a great time!
