ОТЛИЧНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ EXCELLENT HOTEL

Good afternoon!
Traveled with a friend from 22.08. 14-29.08. 14. We liked everything. On arrival we were placed in a nice room with two separate beds without any problems. The room was cleaned once a day, nice and clean. If there were any problems and questions - we called the reception and all problems were eliminated in a matter of minutes. The only problem in the room was that the air conditioner was leaking all the time. But an engineer came and fixed it, but still there was always a small puddle. After 3 days, this problem was 100% resolved.
Wi-Fi is available only in the hotel lobby, but this was not a problem for us, since we arrived at the sea and in the sun, only in the morning and in the evening we wrote to our relatives and then rested.

From food - there were quite a variety of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Of course, every day was standard: potatoes, rice, pasta. But, every day they cooked it all differently: they simply boil it, stew it with seasonings or vegetables and various additives. Of course, they cook all the food with their own recipes, which may not suit every stomach... One thing I did not like: there were practically no fruits and vegetables for our week, we thought there would be more of this goodness. Of the fruits, there were always delicious and sweet oranges, melons and bananas once gave a watermelon and that's all. From vegetables: there have always been cucumbers, peppers, herbs, many types of cabbage. I REALLY wanted a tomato)... But there were none. BUT it doesn’t matter, they feed and drink perfectly around the clock, we were full all day and night! )
The hotel had shops. One with groceries, but not much. Mostly souvenirs and accessories for swimming and diving. ADVICE TO EVERYONE!! ! If you want to buy something, it is best to go to the old town in Naama Bay. This is a large market where you can buy all kinds of fruits, vegetables and souvenirs at a much lower price, everything is much, literally three times cheaper than at a hotel. And you need to go there in the first days upon arrival) In order not to empty your wallet ahead of time. There is also an exchanger in Naama Bay where you can change money for local pounds or dollars. In the hotel itself there is only an ATM where only Egyptian pounds can be withdrawn from the card, but the exchange rate is very sparing!! ! There is no exchanger in the hotel. There is a bus to Naama Bay every day for free, details at the reception.
The animation at the hotel was top notch. During the day they were entertained on the beach and in the evening they put on various shows. Evening trips to clubs.
The territory of the hotel is incredibly huge. The hotel itself is located on a small hill. Several buildings stood on the mountain, so to speak. The large pool, which had lifeguards all the time, cleaned it regularly every day in the morning and evening, sunbeds and towels for free. Large lawn and all local vegetation. There is a road around the hotel, but they practically don’t drive on it, only tourist deliveries, so it’s not annoying. Across this road there are several more buildings, the numbers of which directly look at the sea. Our road to the sea took about five minutes. Sunbeds and towels free of charge. As always, a pontoon leads to the sea. Every day we came to the beach with masks and snorkels and dived into the water and swam until the sun went down. Nature underwater is different every day. VERY BEAUTIFUL!! ! There is also a lifeguard on the pontoon at all times.

Responsive staff at the reception, any problem, any question - and everything will be resolved in a matter of minutes. You just need to understand that every guest is important and not to think that only YOU are the only one in the hotel) Everything will be decided before you even blink an eye! )))
