The hotel, reviews of which almost do not flicker, is worthy of writing about it in more detail.
1. Settlement. Normally, at 23.10, probably hotels pay extra to airlines to bring vacationers by night... Why do almost all flights arrive in Egypt at 10-11 pm? ! Idiocy and "concern" about tourists. Promised lunch boxes? What are you speaking about?? ? Dinner after 11 is not allowed, instructions. After the throat at the reception - for two people 2 pieces of cheese and four buns + a glass of water each... Better not...
2. Territory. Decent in length inland from the sea - a rise of about 30 m with a length of 300-350m. The first line is a lie. The area is divided by a road. Rare movement, there is a passage (underground). It doesn't matter where you are placed. You will have to go upstairs for breakfast / lunch / dinner, down to the sea (photo).

Upstairs and reception and stage. Not very green, they try, but everywhere there are bald spots, palm trees stubby from the winds, the absence of a promenade esplanade. Right-left construction sites, but not working.
3. Beach. A complete lie about the sandy entrance to the sea (photo). Sandy entry at 20-25m, then the same reef, to a depth of 20-25 cm at high tide. Low tide
The beach itself is not bad, there is enough for everyone, but there are no wind deflectors (fences), and the wind is almost always present. The reef is 60-70% alive and there are quite a lot of fish, but there is nothing exotic, I myself saw only a stingray, bracken, lionfish, the rest is the same as everywhere else. Almost always there is a current along the coast in the morning, quite strong, in the afternoon almost none. A few days before our arrival, according to rumors, a woman drowned 50 meters from the pontoon - she could not swim against the current. He himself caught his wife twice, when she was already almost exhausted and a quiet panic began. Those who swim poorly - hang in clusters by the pontoon, you know.
4. Service. Ordinary staff is trying, working and not filonit - wishes to replace something in the room are fulfilled quickly and with a smile - as you yourself will treat. The front desk is full of freeloaders and gouging. They gave us a good number for twenty, but from the first day the air conditioner did not work. For three days, twice a day, I reminded at the reception - make an air conditioner, I will not move. Zero, zero. After lunch on the third day, I tore everyone at the reception and fixed the condo in 5 minutes. Significantly. In the bars, too, everything is not bad, but they are very greedy for girls - you can stand for ten minutes while they serve a company of 3-4 girls with their “jokes and jokes”. And they laugh, agree, well, there is no understanding in their little mind that they are detaining everyone. On the beach, towels are issued - rather shabby - but if you see a bright new one, an Italian goes... Discrimination, although not very obvious. There are almost no Germans. Russians and Ukrainians 60/40. There are almost no children either - what is there to do with a child with SUCH a beach, sea and pontoon?

5. Entertainment. There are almost none. There is animation, but weak, although a girl from Ukraine arrived from the fourth day, revived it a little. When everyone says that Sharm is the oldest and most developed resort in Egypt, I was waiting for at least something. You can only go to see the fountains - a cascade to the music in the dynamics - in Hollywood Park - a worthy sight. Entrance is $5, but for a ticket you will be served either beer, or fresh juice, or 2 cans of Coca-Cola / forfeits / sprite in any cafe. Fountains turn on for 10 minutes. hourly (evening). Beautiful, iron sculptures all around, tiger teddy bears, etc. The kids will love it. For parents, pauses are filled with numbers on the stage - magic tricks, live music, etc.
Fountains in Soho - you can also see, but the rooms are also thinner. If you do not buy anything in cafes, you will have to stand all the time, they will ask you from the chairs at the tables. So do not exchange tickets immediately or take money, 30-40 bucks. You should always have something on your table. There is nothing else to see in Sharm. Sea excursions are good, but the constant wind and pitching in the sea are serious. Moto safari is also not bad, a full tour - do you need a 2-hour rest in a dusty Bedouin canopy? For 3 hours - it’s enough to roll in plenty, water is not included, only a glass of tea from the same Bedouins. Everything else is for money.
In the bottom line, I would like to say “poor, but clean”, but “clean” is not very good either. I didn’t specifically look for shoals and it was only 9 nights, but after Hurghada it sucks.
