We chose this hotel on the advice of a tour operator, and the price was quite acceptable for a 4 *. Traveled with my husband, no children.
The check-in went quickly, we arrived at the hotel around 13.00 - we were immediately offered to visit the restaurant until all paperwork was completed. The administrator directly said that for an extra charge he would provide us with an excellent room with a sea view. We refused.
Immediately after dinner, we were taken to our room, away from the sea : ) But this did not upset us at all, a 5-minute walk to the restaurant and 10 minutes to the sea did not frighten us. Everything worked in the room, hot water was available around the clock, water was brought every day, soap / shampoo was added if necessary. A couple of times it was noticed on 1 not very clean towel. There were 5 towels in total.

The room was cleaned every day, figurines with petals and flowers in a glass as well. The cleaner was always left a $1 tip, not because it was necessary - we wanted to do it. I got a very polite, sociable guy, he helped in solving minor household issues (one of the examples: I urgently needed to hem my trousers - he found everything within 15 minutes, and for $ 5 they hemmed my trousers with high quality)
The food may seem monotonous to some, but for my taste - a sufficient selection of dishes. There was always meat and fish, a lot of vegetables, fresh and baked, always an abundance of sweets. Fruits were not particularly diverse, but again - there was always plenty to choose from.
The staff throughout the hotel is friendly, smiling, tips do not beg.
The beach was also pleased - the sand was cleaned every day, awesome reef, there were always enough towels, sunbeds too. Tension arose only in the last couple of days of our stay, when the hotel was 100% full, at the same time there were queues for dishes that the chefs gave out.
The animators are smart, especially girls from Ukraine - cheerful, sociable, active.
This is in short. And if it is even shorter - I would gladly visit this hotel again, but not in the high season. And about the same time, when the hotel is half full.
