If it is possible to choose another hotel, do not spare the money, pay extra and go to another! Montazah does not at all correspond to the declared 4 * status, and here's why:

- the host at the reception - with an impudent muzzle demanded $20 for a settlement, agreed on $5. No smile, no joy of meeting guests, no desire to help - don't expect anything like that for your money, guys. Naturally, as revenge, for $5 we were settled in a room without a sea view, an ancient TV with a broken remote control (we don’t watch it anyway, but still) and rusty water. Another host escorted us to the room with a leisurely gait, handed us an envelope with cards for towels and a daily routine with a stone muzzle, demanded another $ 1 for these services.

- STEALING from the safe. The very next day after checking in, in the daytime, when we were supposed to be on the beach, my husband, by a lucky chance, returned to the room and found a hotel employee with OUR MONEY in his hands at our open safe.

To make it immediately clear: I am very careful and attentive to my things and always make sure that the safe and the window are closed. The window was also open and visible, they tried to stage it as theft from the street. The thief caught on the spot was later introduced to us as the main housekeeper and security manager in one person. At the crime scene, this comrade tried to make excuses, and later, when the husband dragged the thief into the hotel lobby by the scruff of the neck, all the hotel employees, including the general manager, began to cover for the thief. We felt like complete fools when they explained to us in broken Russian and English (we know both very well), like downs, that this person could not open the safe in any way, because he did not know the code (and the master key? - what are you, he doesn’t there was a master key! ), and we must have just left the safe open ourselves. The reaction of the policeman sitting at the entrance on the squeaker: 0, merged with the wall.
The reaction of the guide JoinUp - our tour company - tried to hush up the situation. Well, you get the idea...

- waiters in the dining room (only the building can be called a restaurant, yes, it is beautiful, but not how they serve it, sorry) - unhurried and with dignity, a HUGE number of dangling around the hall, also crawling out from time to time into the hall of the cook, 3 people each + those cooks who stood at the distribution of meat and fish. At the end of our vacation, there was just a FINISH: one of the waiters approached us and said that he was not eating enough, he was not allowed to eat meat and asked us to leave him 2 plates of rice with meat after lunch and dinner.

- animation - of the three animators, we more or less got acquainted with only one. The animation quality is also poor.

We had a great time, however. But this was solely our merit, and not the merit of the staff of the Montazah Hotel.
If you still have an intention to go to this hotel, you should check the following personal qualities: stress resistance, Buddhist calmness under any circumstances and the ability to enjoy and entertain yourself (for example, go to Soho or Naama Bay in the evenings). And also take a handy bag with you to carry all your valuables and documents everywhere. Good luck!
