Bought a 10-day trip for two with his wife to this hotel. We rested for 8 days like in chocolate: the sea is warm, clean, the pool, the kitchen is good (for an amateur), the weather - well, everything is fine! An unpleasant incident happened: on the 9th day of rest (the day before departure), an iPad3 was arrogantly stolen in my room. Brand new, complete set + original cover with it... We went with my wife literally for 30 minutes to the sea..... upon arrival they discovered the loss. We turned to the reception - the security guard took the door opening scanner (the doors are on a magnetic lock in this hotel. It shows who opened the door and when) and it turned out that the cleaner had stolen the iPad3. Moreover, he cleaned the nearby Italians.
Further-worse............. After the hotel administration found out that it was their fault, I would completely turn away from us. They didn’t make contact at all...... I wanted to shoot their answers on the phone - the guards twisted me, took the phone away and deleted ALL the records on it. I called my travel agent Odeon - he listened to the problem - and disappeared. I didn't hear from him before the flight. Thanks to the manager of Odeon Mukhamed - he was the ONLY one who only responded and helped to write the application. But even here everything is not so simple. Representatives of the hotel arrived at the station and, in their own language, dissuaded the policemen from accepting the application. With grief in half, we registered it, but they didn’t give me anything in my hands, no photocopies! So I spent the whole day at the police station.

Returning home, I turned to the tour operator Corel, through which I bought vouchers - from there I heard only claims in my direction: "I had to watch my things" and the like....
