Hello. We rested in this hotel with my husband and two children (10 years old daughter and three years old son) from July 11 to 22.2014. We chose this hotel because 5 * is more expensive, and this one was recommended as a good 4 *. We looked at the photos, read the reviews (it's a pity that there are so few of them) and drove off. We arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, we were immediately put on bracelets, offered to have dinner while the room was being prepared. After 20 minutes, the husband was already walking into the room with things. They offered to pay extra for a room with a sea view, we refused, they say we’ll spend the night, and tomorrow we’ll see everything and decide. We were given a room in building 5 on the 2nd floor, as we asked. And we had a sea view. ))) 1-2 people work at the reception, they check in quickly if there is no crowd. When 30-40 people come, they sit for an hour. The food is disgusting. For breakfast, an omelette, on the 5th day I was already tired and we ate a bun with butter and cheese, we brought our own tea. For lunch and dinner - one dish of fish, chicken and beef. But you can't always eat them. They ate fish when there was red mullet (1 time in 2 days), only grilled chicken, inedible beef (2 times delicious in 10 days). Once they gave arena beef spleen!! ! From the side dish, one dish each of rice, potatoes and pasta. Fruits - two types, dates always and green melons or dry oranges for them. 1 time there was a watermelon, 1 time grapes in 10 days !! ! On the 5th day, the children got tired of steam rice with cucumber, I really didn’t know what to feed them. We are picky about food, I knew that food was bad there, but I didn’t think it was that much. You order drinks, they bring you, they won’t accept a second order, they will pretend that they don’t hear you. If you want vodka, immediately take 5 pcs. , Beer 5 pcs. , lemonade right away, etc. We went 4 times to 5 * hotels, we understood that it would be a little worse with food, but not so much. Most vacationers complain!! ! Caterpillars in vegetables, cockroaches in sweets, I will not continue.
The hotel area is huge and useless!! ! Of the 3 pools, only 2 worked. The central pool was without water under repair, on the upper pool there were no towels, then no cold drinks. The bar on the water does not work, do not dream! The jacuzzi is lowered, don't dream either!! ! Everyone is crowding on the lower pool near the sea. The bar is open until sunset, but always closes at 5, although sunset is at 6. Reception of towels too. They don't care that you paid a lot of money for the flight and the hotel. People are still sunbathing, relaxing, but they quickly closed everything and left. And dinner is only at 7. And there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel, Neither children nor adults. A lot of dissatisfied. On the day of departure at 5 am, we saw that water was being drawn into the central pool. I hope those who fly in August will be more lucky than us.
Animation is weak. Although the guys are good, ours from Donetsk, we met and talked. We went to exercises, dances, a children's disco. But having already been abroad 4 times, there is something to compare.

Contingent. The first two days were calm, then the "locals" arrived. They made up 75%-80% of holidaymakers. We arrived with large families, they looked more like a gypsy camp. There was no free space in the pool, as well as in the restaurant. They are noisy, ill-mannered, unclean. On the trash can tables, as well as under the tables, they occupy other people's sun loungers with towels, wipe themselves with them, change the baby's diaper... Horror. A week later, when they left, the atmosphere in the hotel improved.
The rooms are all the same, the furniture is dead, the curtains are dirty. In the bathroom, only a non-removable shower, washing a three-year-old child was sooo inconvenient. Towels and bedding are white. They cleaned every day - swept, made the bed, folded the towels and that's it. No one has heard of wet cleaning there, as well as wiping dust. There is no place for cleaners, don’t eat. There are no ants in the room until you chop up food. If you eat in your room, they will come to visit you.
Look like that's it. I can tell you that we tried to look at everything positively, but it is difficult. We met guys from Kyiv, Zaporozhye, Donetsk, Sumy, talked, it was fun. Yes, everyone smiled at my children, they were treated to chips at the bar. They came up with me to take pictures (blonds are rare there... ), We melted into the sea, saw wonderful fish. But... Having paid money, you want normal service, food, mood in the hotel. But there is none of this. I will never go to 4* again. I'd rather save money longer. After this hotel in Egypt, not a foot. I don’t want to. In addition to the sea, nothing pleased and brought positive. I hope my review will help someone in choosing a hotel. Better go to another 4 *, maybe there is better. Good luck!
