Upon arrival it turned out that the hotel is practically not working. From everything that is indicated on the site, the main restaurant, a bar by the sea, a lobby bar, a shisha bar, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym and a view of Tiran Island were open to vacationers. And that's it.
The waterfalls were hardly recognizable; rather, they were dried-up stone slides.
Of the 3 pools, only the central one worked.
Only one bar on the beach was open throughout the hotel, which was open from 11 am to 4 pm, all other bars by the pools were constantly closed. The cafe and the A la Carte restaurant did not work, as well as all the shops located on the territory of the hotel .
There was no All Inclusive (10:30-23:00). The lobby bar closed at 22:00. Snacks and ice cream were not provided in the hotel bars.

Alcoholic drinks of local production, this is a separate issue of this hotel. Some species ended within an hour after the opening of the beach bar, this is not because the drinking people were resting, but because they brought mostly incomplete bottles. The ordered alcohol in its pure form, most often was diluted, practically not even having the smell of alcohol. Whether there was alcohol in an alcoholic cocktail is very difficult to assess. Therefore, they began to order alcohol separately from the drink.
Bed linen and towels were changed regularly and were clean. Drinking water was left. But... In the room for 2 vacationers, they allocated 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo. Sometimes they forgot to put this “portion” too. Kinda weird for a 4* hotel. Is not it? Thank you for cleaning
Animation in the hotel is absent at all. For 10 days of our stay at the hotel, one evening was arranged called "Miss Hotel", the microphones hissed so much that they had to be turned off and one children's disco for Arab children. There were no discos or live music at all. The only entertainment in the evening is the bazaar (hundred meters) outside the hotel and a TV in the room.
But the main and very unexpected "surprise" was an unforgettable weekend in this hotel. From Thursday to Sunday, this hotel is massively and constantly visited by locals. They are brought in whole buses, as in a rest home. We checked into the hotel on Friday 25.03. at 21 o'clock, it immediately caught my eye that a lot of local residents were resting in the hotel, we did not see our vacationers that evening. On Saturday, many local vacationers left, and Sunday before lunch, we didn’t pay much attention to this. But in vain. Because after 4 days, on the morning of Thursday 31.03 to 3.04. buses began to bring local residents back to the hotel. During this period, about 500 Arabs rested. And despite the fact that there is 1 swimming pool and one dining room. It is difficult to describe what was going on in the dining room these days. Dishes ran out 30 minutes after opening. Olives, cucumbers, bread, oranges were scooped up by the representatives of the local population. Their plates were so full that food fell to the floor. Spoons from trays with hot dishes also fell to the floor, they picked them up and inserted them into the food. Dishes were broken. The employees of the hall were not able to follow, as there was almost a crush in the hall near the distribution. Plates for meat dishes were passed over the heads of people standing in line, and filled to the brim were also taken back, miraculously not turning them on our heads. There was simply not enough food and places in the hall, because in the description it was noted that the main restaurant was designed for 340 people, there were more people, the summer terrace did not work due to very windy weather, and we were not even offered the 2nd floor. And the fact that this place for eating has a 2nd floor, we learned later. There was an op in the hall, as in a bazaar. In order to eat, I had to be on duty near the dining room before breakfast and dinner. Lunch was easier, as many local vacationers included only breakfast and dinner. The quality of food, which was already not up to par, these days has deteriorated sharply. The selection of fresh vegetables has been reduced to sliced carrots, pumpkins, cucumbers and kale petals. Meat dishes took on a very miniature look. The bathroom at the reception, this is the only place for washing hands in front of the dining room, commemorated the bathroom of a bad railway station, there was no soap, the floor was flooded with something, there was a terrible stench.

After eating, local vacationers comfortably settled down near the central pool, in the lobby and shisha bars. We were left with a beach where there were a limited number of them or our own rooms. Over time, I found out that these arrivals are regular in this hotel, there were more arrivals - up to 1000 people. Our rest was no more than 50 people, we simply disappeared into this "Arabic fairy tale". Many vouchers were for 7 days, and they did not see the full picture of what was happening. We arrived, for 10 or more days there were three couples. From Sunday it became easier, the locals began to be taken out. And on Monday, the Arabs present were in a clear minority, and behaved decently. And it was time for us to go home. This is not the first time we have rested in Arab countries, although we came to Egypt for the first time, but we have not seen this.
I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone, as it turned out later, it’s already in place, there are good hotels in Sharm with decent service and for the same money.
