I will say right away - we previously rested in Sharm 2 times in fives, so there is something to compare with! So, in order:
Hotel. Excellent location on the first line, well-groomed beautiful territory, decently populated, despite the Off-Season (we rested on January 19-26), but for us this is an indicator! It can be seen that they are engaged in the hotel, there are a lot of little things here, which are NOT turned a blind eye as in other fives!
Room: we got a gorgeous view of the sea, and that is not typical of Egypt - quite bright (in terms of lighting), a spacious balcony with COMFORTABLE chairs, safe, refrigerator, TV - everything is working. Cleaning regularly, towels, water, soap and soap accessories - all on time. Yes, there is no kettle, but you can optionally order the entire set (tea, coffee, sugar, kettle) separately for $ 10, or, as we do, bring it with you and not bathe at all! The shower cabin is small, but even my husband weighing 135 kg could fit in it))))
Service: the staff is friendly, no one was rude and not rude - maybe when you are with people without arrivals, but politely and with a smile - and you are mutually answered... Alexandra's guest relation helped us in any questions - special thanks to her, she is like a good fairy - understanding our mentality is always responsive and ready to help! It was also nice to receive a plate of fruit as a birthday compliment from the hotel!
Animation: it is everywhere - on the beach there are various daily activities, by the pool, in the evening in the amphitheater it is fun, various competitions, etc.
Food: the most important indicator - NEVER we had an upset stomach, unlike previous times. There was enough of everything: meat, fish, liver, grilled sausages, quail, side dishes, sweets, vegetables - fruits (melon, pineapple, pomegranate, etc. ) everything was in abundance, there’s nothing to complain about! And I'm a meat eater - I've never left hungry. The waiters fuss, clean, bring appliances and drinks, disinfect the tables with an antiseptic (for the first time I saw this in Egypt). The general manager of restaurants always walks around and controls everything personally! The menu in the restaurant is different every day.
Alcohol: knowing the situation with local alcohol, we brought strong drinks with us, we drank only beer from the hotel, we had enough of it in the bar and on the beach.
Beach: wide enough, although sometimes it was hard to find free places because it was full of people - we turned to the beach employee (at the issue of towels) and he always found / brought us sun loungers. I want to separately note the screens from the wind - they really save in windy weather !!! ! True, our people, as the most cunning, put 3 pieces for themselves at once, then others don’t have enough, but we went straight to the employee and he took from the most cunning and set us! Snack at the beach bar - sandwiches and chips.
Pierce: That's just great! Not a floating pontoon, on which it always staggers, but a human entry into the sea on the steps! A stable wooden pier with benches for rest and a lifeguard included))) Very convenient!
