I will say for sure that the hotel is rather weak for 4. Not the first time in Egypt, but most likely the last. During our stay the hotel was full. The fish restaurant was closed (closed for renovation), so only the main restaurant was open, which looked like a canteen from the 80s. Always noisy, crowded, everyone is rushing around with plates, pushing, then someone's hands are in your plate, then elbows. It was very difficult to find a free table, and the insolent waiters did not want to serve or simply clean the tables. Even giving them the famous bucks, they still didn't want to just move, let alone offer wine or beer. Arrogant to the limit, zero benevolence, servility only to the Italians and Arabs, the latter came in large numbers in the hotel so much that neither the pool nor go to the spa. By the way, the wine is disgusting, especially red. The food is bad, the salads are sour, right at the counter you could smell the smell of stale vegetables. There was no variety in food, and the chef himself was clearly a homegrown Bedouin, he managed to ruin even what seemed impossible to spoil. The meat is hard, the fruits are wilted, and there was no choice, pizza is tin, some kind of pita bread made from flour and water. Pancakes are given in portions, as many as two, as well as meat. They constantly look at your plate how much you have scored, and during the meal, the waiters simply tear out the plates, without even asking if you have finished or not. There is no pastries, this is not the first time in Egypt, but such a sludge has not yet been seen. In general, the food is disgusting, like the "restaurant" itself, which I did not want to go to once again. Housekeeping is something. For a week, only pillowcases and towels were changed, everything else is not accepted to be seen by them. The cleaner was also paid, but neither shampoo nor soap he gave us anything. They asked him for toilet paper themselves (by the way, after the canteen, a very topical issue). After two days, we decided not to eat anything there at all, because even something elementary came out sideways. I will say that there is nothing to buy there, outside the hotel there is nothing but one small market and the desert. The hotel area is so-so, a bit bald compared to the neighboring hotel. The first pool from the sea is small and always full, towels are constantly left and thus take up space. The beach is the same, they pay a couple of tugriks to the beach caretaker and he takes sunbeds. In principle, there were enough sunbeds, just some wanted to lie exclusively next to the sea, so they paid for these vacant places. The sea is warm and clean, there is a reef and fish, almost all corals are dead, we have seen much better reefs in Sharm. There is a bar near the beach, although there the bartender turned out to be a normal person with whom one could talk and joke. The bartender at the pool near the restaurant is not sociable at all and did everything in such a way that he seemed to be paying from his personal pocket for drinks. The last pool was nothing, big and there were few people there. The spa is small and always busy in the evenings. There are a lot of goosebumps in the hotel rooms, the room itself is also a triple. I did not like the small, very old shower, everything looks like in Soldepo's rooms. The safe in the room is free but small in size (my fotik did not fit). Internet and wi-fi are paid. When settling, they paid money for a normal room, and they themselves offered it. I will say that it is still better to pay, otherwise they will put you in rooms starting from 700, where there will be a beautiful view of the road and you will walk about 15 minutes to the beach. In fact, the entire staff of the hotel is boorish. For those people who rested in more civilized places, the hotel is definitely not suitable, many things will hurt your eyes. For us, this was the last trip to Egypt and the point is not that we are spoiled or picky, but the attitude of the staff towards hotel guests, especially Russians and Ukrainians. It was disgusting for us to watch their servility to the Italians, so let only them go there, and we will be more selective in the future!
