Number: here was the first shock. Small, rather dirty, shabby furniture, the hotel has not been restored, as I understand it, since it opened in 2000. Plumbing is generally normal, with the exception of a shower stall, very small even for a slender person, a shower with very thin streams, so it took a long time to wash off the soap . In general, this is the first hotel where wet cleaning is completely absent, they don’t even have something like a mop in the cleaning cart, the dust is not removed at all, once I specifically pointed this out to the cleaner, and what would you think, he definitely wiped in the place where I indicated, not a centimeter more, so the clumps of dust remained in the stains, then I wiped it myself, it’s more reliable, although they put down a dollar every day, one day they just forgot when they came in nothing has changed, but the cleaner until the evening after us I ran to get a dollar, in the end I made swans, I gave him this dollar, if only I could unhook it, it soon disappeared altogether, they say that someone complained from the vacationers in this building about the quality of cleaning and it was removed. The quality has not changed, only really began to change bedding and towels every day. In general, this is the first time stupidly extorting money on every corner of the hotel, or the country has become poorer, or the hotel staff is very arrogant. But for 2 weeks of rest everything is erased and you don’t notice the flaws except for one...
Food: this is the drawback, because of which I do not advise to go to this hotel to a greater extent. The first few days there was no meat at all, raw food and nothing more, I mean tomatoes, cucumbers, and various herbs, I was in shock... Then the situation changed somewhat and dinners became normal, with a limited number of dishes, breakfasts and lunches did not change, there is little food, not enough for everyone, did not come at the first hour, hungry, came at the first hour, hungry, and also stood in line. The waiters are very kind, but only for green papers, otherwise they won’t notice you at all and they won’t pour wine, and you won’t find a table either. They are always busy only for those who pay, we paid, and we were happy. The tables are also coolly cleaned, they wiped everything on the floor or on a chair with napkins, the table is stained, not greasy, no one is interested, the main thing is that there are no crumbs, the floors are washed only after 22.00, and even, I watched several times how unfinished glasses of wine were placed on neighboring vacationers tables with the smile of angels.
In general, I believe that tour operators, when concluding agreements with hotels, should be at least a little interested in the quality of the hotel's service, the fact that they distribute leaflets with questions during departure is normal, but the questions are not the same and the interest is purely about the guide and the quality of excursions. But this is their earnings and do not care about vacationers when the money for the tour has already been paid.

Beach: there are two of them, they all use one, I don’t even know why, they say that the reef is more beautiful.
