There were three of us: me, my wife and my wife's sister. My wife and I were in Egypt for the first time, and my sister has already been several times. Very satisfied with the rest. The hotel is large, clean and well maintained. There is not a lot of greenery, but the one that is all trimmed, cut off. The room is very decent, the beds are comfortable, the TV shows three Russian-language channels, the air conditioner is individual in the room, the plumbing is all working. Safe in the room is free. There were no problems with the safety of the contents of the safe. There was a problem with the lock of the safe (could not open), but one call to the reception solved the problem - a polite young man came and fixed everything without a hint of money. The next day, the door to the room was slammed, and the keys were left inside. And again this situation was corrected in a few minutes - they arrived in an electric car and opened the room. Cleaning was done in the room constantly, even when we forgot to put a dollar. Drinking water was put into the room regularly without comment. The food in the restaurant is top notch, the menu is regularly updated, the waiters are polite (even if you don’t pay them). There were no cases of theft or any other incidents during our holiday. At the restaurant during lunch, I saw how vacationers left their phones and handbags on the table, while they themselves went for food and all things were safe. The Red Sea made a huge impression, only positive emotions. Swimming in January in the sea with a water temperature of 22 degrees is just a holiday. Didn't want to leave. I advise you to visit this hotel.
