We rested at the hotel from 23.11 to 04.12. 13. The most important thing that I want to say right away is to check the operation of the safe in the room. We were a company, 9 people, 4 single rooms, and from the room of my mother, who lived alone in the room, on the second day ALL the money was stolen.
The hotel management was quite rude to us. They proved to us that we ourselves were to blame for everything, they endlessly invited us to conversations - interrogations. They offered to track down the one who we think stole the money.
We turned to the tourist police, and for several days we had to travel to Naama Bay, to the police office, for interrogations, etc. at our own expense. It all took a lot of time and nerves.
After we contacted the police, the hotel administration seemed to fuss, they told us a reverent story that they would put a cleaner in the rooms in jail for 7 years, or maybe he was not to blame. Take the application, do not ruin a person's life.

And then somehow it became clear from their faces that they had resolved the issues with the police, and again they feel right.
The result is this, our issue was not resolved, the nerves were frayed. They didn't even offer any compliment from the hotel for my mother.
Several times later I saw a locksmith running into people's rooms, helping to open badly working safes.
Separately, I would like to say about the hotel guide from Pegasus - Anna. I have never seen such rudeness towards people. She will allow herself to scream in the eyes of her tourists - who are you, cattle, go look at yourself in the mirror. She helped us in resolving the issue of theft with a creak, and then only when she saw that there were a lot of us, and three of us were tourism workers.
We had a couple more cases of petty theft, but we simply did not pay attention to it and did not try to prove anything to anyone.
What else....in general, we had a good rest, but the merit is not of the hotel and the staff, but the fact that we are a friendly company that knows how to find adventures.
The rooms are generally decent, the food is ordinary, a bit poor.
It is dangerous to drink local alcohol, something makes it so... unpleasant. Yes, and walking, begging a cocktail from the bartenders is simply humiliating.
A good reef, for those who swim and dive well, I highly recommend swimming behind the second pontoon, the reef is really alive there, a variety of fish, corals, large brachiopods.
In the shops outside the hotel, prices are quite normal, you can buy fruits, a local SIM card, souvenirs and clothes.
If anyone is interested, I can recommend a fish restaurant in Naama Bay, where it is very decent and they serve really fresh products. I have friends in Sharm, the owners of a local travel agency, they showed us the local tricks, so that it is tasty and adequately priced.
The locals are not aggressive if they behave decently, do not dress too openly, and often say “thank you”, “good afternoon”, “sorry, don’t” to everyone.

You get rudeness only in response to rudeness. Of course, there are still torn sellers who are ready to grab your hands and shout something, but they are becoming less and less.
I wish you all a pleasant holiday, and watch your things ?
