We liked everything in the hotel, the hotel was chosen with the help of a travel agent. I didn't like that the hotel staff was a bit rude, and of course the guide who, after we showed no interest in his excursions, openly began to show that we were not interested in him at all. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room. When it rained, half the room was in the water. We were not offered another room, but this shortcoming was eliminated immediately.
