After reading the reviews tata401 could not resist and decided to comment. When you read such reviews, you are simply amazed and start to doubt that we were definitely resting in the same hotel. The hotel, of course, is not 4 *, rather 3+. In Egypt, and not for the first time abroad, there is something to compare with, and with Hilton, and with Sierra, and with Savoy, and with hotels in European countries. The comments were as follows: - it is clear that the rooms are not new, - the dishes in the restaurant were not very well washed. They cleaned well, they left a tip every other time, they cleaned it the same way, with or without them, figures were constantly twisted from towels. Very positive and friendly cleaner.
This is not to say that this is a youth hotel, it is rather for a relaxing holiday. 1. Otherwise, the food is excellent, you could always choose something, either grilled meat, or sausages, there was always chicken, along with beef, fish... The pastries are delicious, not all, of course, but you could always choose what something tasty from a more or less wide assortment. The waiters are super, maybe we were lucky, but the waiters who served us, there were three of them, were always very satisfied. Joked with them, talked. Very often, we were updated with drinks that we finished drinking, even without an order. We looked at what we finished drinking and immediately updated. No one ever looked into the plates, sometimes they took in their hands, for example, a tangerine, a persimmon, they left the dining room and no one said a word. Some Russians stuffed full bags of food, they just took a full plate and swept everything into a bag : ( and then they managed to “slip through”. This is a disgrace. And in general, in this hotel, with the exception of a couple of people, all the staff treats as follows - how backfires, some Russians, approaching the cook "on the grill", neither say hello nor thank you. And if you come to them with a smile, you are their best friend. food to impose... : ). Some of the waiters at the bar and on the beach were mean, but it didn't bother me much if you treat them with humor, because. The bulk of the staff are very positive, cool people. So, if you go on vacation with a positive attitude, then for little money you can have a great rest here.
