Good day to all. I'm writing this review while the memories are still fresh. Not the first time in Egypt, first time in this hotel. Well, what can I say? We arrived on Thursday night, or rather already on Friday (Thursday to Friday) at 2 am. We settled in a good room, very spacious, with a kitchen and a large balcony (as we were told at the reception - DeLuxe), although we ordered a regular one. We were given lunch packs upon arrival. to. we missed all the possible meals (Thursday was paid, and we missed it completely). Well, deluxe and deluxe. By typewriter delivered to the room (the hotel area is very large and walk far and long). There are no complaints about the number itself, BUT !! ! In the room, wherever possible there was dust, and a large and thick layer (apparently they had not been cleaned for a long time). The sheets on the beds were all wrinkled and with someone's long hair. And most importantly, there was no water in the room declared upon arrival. On the night of arrival, the temperature in Egypt was (as we were told) +33C. It was very hot, stuffy and there was no water (they didn’t dare to drink from the tap). Lived until the morning and let's call the reception. I must say that for the whole stay, at the reception they always answered quickly and most importantly in Russian. We asked for the room to be cleaned. it was really, really dirty, change the bed, and finally give us our water. Well, what is the result? In the room, it seems like they washed it (we also left a tip and a chocolate bar for greater confidence that they would respond), BUT! Bed linen was not changed, water was not given. I also forgot to say that there were only 2 sheets on 3 beds. So, they didn’t give us another sheet, well, thanks for that. Apparently the list of requests was already too long))) Oh well. Went to the "restaurant" and. . . There was a lot of food, nothing to say, there was a choice. But everything was NOT TASTY!! ! Both for lunch and dinner there was a lot of food, and fish, and meat, and rice, and some pasta, there were even fruit melons, watermelons, oranges and various desserts, and it was clear that-VERY TRIED!! ! BUT NOT DELICIOUS! It's my opinion. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not a sophisticated gourmet, and I don't treat food as a cult, but they managed to cook even ordinary puree with a gray and sticky mass. In fairness, it must be said that not all days the food was not tasty. There were separate fish and meat dishes cooked very well. Very disappointed with drinks - there were no juices, but there was something similar to "Yuppie". Morning "coffee" is generally a separate issue - on a huge tank of boiling water (which is in the hall), they managed to dilute probably a tablespoon of INSTANT coffee. It wasn't coffee, it was brown sweet water. Once in the whole vacation, they forgot this very jar of coffee on the table near the drinks and everyone came up and poured themselves coffee in a cup, and this was the only time when we were able to drink some coffee there, although not natural. A huge surprise in the restaurant was PLASTIC teaspoons!! ! It seems like disposable, but the impression is that they were definitely used more than once, because many of them were broken. I travel a lot abroad and I have something to compare, BUT!! ! I have not seen PLASTIC spoons ANYWHERE!! ! The dishes are all old and chipped, they should be replaced already. Don’t think that I’m nitpicking, all such an “intellectual” has arrived here and everything is wrong with her. I'm just talking about those little things that are very conspicuous, and if I'm already writing a review about the hotel, I think that people should know this. In general, the conclusion is that you won’t be hungry, but you won’t get a belly feast either. (Although I read reviews about the hotel before going there, and many said that they liked the food very much. This is my subjective opinion, do not judge strictly). The territory of the hotel is something!! ! It felt like I was in a botanical garden. All well-groomed, very green, very pure and beautiful. Why are there only 12 pools on the territory. We did not manage to get around all the pools. There were always enough sun loungers at all the pools (where we were). Drinks at the pools are free. The hotel has a whole street of shops. There is also a pizzeria and a beauty salon. In general, the hotel is not quite ordinary. I really liked that the hotel staff is very responsive, without aggression and arrogance towards tourists. All requests were responded to promptly. During the day the air temperature reached + 48C. It was impossible to move around the hotel in such inferno !! ! They called the reception and five minutes later the driver arrived in a typewriter and drove where they asked. A Russian girl Katya and a girl from the Czech Republic work at the reception (I don’t remember her name, she also speaks excellent Russian, so, they always helped in everything, advised. Thank them SO MUCH!! ! Excursions were taken - one from the guide of the company "Pegas", and the second from Tito. Works at the central pool. Do not be afraid to take excursions from him. He has been working at the hotel for 10 years, we also didn’t quite trust and were afraid from the beginning, but we didn’t let us down, didn’t deceive us, everything was on the level. Generally a very nice and friendly guy. Thanks Tito. The bus to and from the beach ran with the precision of a Swiss watch. There was no need to wait in the heat for the driver. The sea is amazing as always. On the third day, they interrogated the 3rd sheet))). In general, the rest flew by very quickly and not noticeably, all this time we were, as it were, "shrouded" in the care and responsiveness of the staff from all sides. On the territory of the hotel, around the perimeter, security was always lined up in the evening. The hotel is very large, and it was nice and very handy (you never know, a foreign country after all). In general, I liked the hotel. Minor troubles did not spoil the rest, as well as the impressions of the hotel. Is it possible to go to this hotel? If you want to spend your holidays in solitude and tranquility, then definitely YES! Will I go to this hotel again? Maybe. . .
