I chose the hotel based on reviews, the rest was ruined, it's such a hole that it's just terrible. Everyone didn't like it. the food is terrible, they don't give water to the room, you need to either buy it, the devil knows where, or "steal" from the dining room. The dishes are all chipped, there is no European food at all, the child ate only pasta and cucumbers for 11 days, because there is no baby food either. In general, a quiet horror. Alcohol is given out one plastic cup per hand, people stand begging for wine or beer on vacation. When we arrived, we asked for a glass of wine in the restaurant, we were told to go to a bar somewhere on the ground floor (where there had never been a bartender), there they would give us one plastic glass of wine, with which we would need to go to the dining room.....Well, it's just awful. . There were no cups, people were drinking hot tea from plastic cups! ! The territory is good, beautiful, the rooms are normal, the check-in went well - that was the only thing that was good in this hotel. There were no shops, markets nearby, the beach, by the way, is also not close and terrible, there are only 30 meters, the sunbeds are old, wooden, broken, like in Odessa. The minibus takes you to the beach twice in the morning, once in the afternoon, in general, it's all such a horror that you don't even want to remember. There was a heated pool on the territory, everyone rested there at this time of the year, there was no bar nearby, nothing, no water, no juice, nothing could be taken nearby. We did not buy excursions from a guide, we took them from local agencies, their quality was normal. I can give this hotel a maximum of 3 out of 10. Of the pluses is the accommodation (a girl from Poltava, Lyuba, works at the reception), I can also note that they have very polite, friendly staff, including in the dining room, everything else is simple horror! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! There, tourists came and just cried because they had to beg for a glass of water!
