It was the second time in Egypt. I approached the choice of the hotel very carefully, reviewed the reviews of the week 2, but came to the conclusion that all impressions are individual and depend on the personality and your requirements for relaxation.
I was interested in the hotel:
1) family hotel
2) not very expensive prices, because I wanted to stay at least 2 weeks;
3) a good beach and entry into the water without a pontoon
4) diet
I went on a trip with a friend with children: mine is 5 years old, her daughter is 8 years old under the all-inclusive program, software.
The room exceeded our expectations, because due to inaccurate information from the travel agency, we were preparing to crowd into a one-room suite. At our disposal was a living room combined with a kitchen (with a gas stove, a large refrigerator, a small set of dishes, an electric kettle), a bedroom with a balcony with a wonderful view of the pool.

The hotel area seemed to us very large on the first day, but over time we got used to it.
The attitude of the staff in the vast majority suited us, with the exception of a few moments with two waiters who felt that we could wait. I don’t know how it is in other hotels, but it seems to me that there are such exceptions everywhere.
In addition, upon check-in, we did not have to pay extra, as it is said in almost every review of hotels in Egypt. It seems to me that this is due to the fact that we ourselves treated the staff well and friendly from the first moment, without throwing any "show-offs", although we had a long way: by train to Moscow from Minsk, then a flight, which in the total from train departure to check-in to the room was 24 hours.
It is interesting to remember that when we left the reception with children and suitcases, with a hotel map in hand and asked the attendants how to get to our house, he said that it was far away and we had to wait for a minicar (such a machine as on golf courses). At the same time, he sat on a mini-car parked nearby, drove up to us, took the suitcases and began to load them, although at the entrance to the reception there was a queue for these cars and, of course, everyone began to resent))).
We got to rest in Ramadan, so after sunset in the hotel, in which there are a lot of pools, only the main one was open. But we had a chance to swim in it late in the evening only on the day of arrival, as we and the children were eager to take a dip.
I want to note that we went solely for the sake of relaxing by the sea, and not because of relaxing by the pools, animation in the hotel, and not for the sake of more "eat and drink, as everything is included. "
At the same time, before leaving, I was worried about the diet at the hotel, since we are not used to giving cola and fast food to the child.
The diet that was offered at the hotel absolutely suited us, with the exception of the monotonous breakfasts. Lunch time we sometimes varied, depending on how much we wanted to be at sea, and returned either for lunch or for snacks.

As a plus, I want to note the constant work of security.
I can’t give any comments about the beach, since we didn’t go to another beach that we liked from the previous trip: very beautiful corals, a lot of fish and ten meters of sand near the shore in the sea, which is very good for kids who can’t swim.
The woman we spoke to before leaving said that the beach from Delta Sharm in Naama Bay was similar to the one we went to with the kids.
Another plus for us is that there are few Russian speakers in the hotel. I have nothing against it, but the culture of behavior of Russian and some Ukrainian citizens is simply absent. Being able to speak English, we were satisfied with the presence of Arabs, Englishmen, Italians, etc. living in the hotel.
It should be noted that Delta Sharm resort HV1 is a cottage hotel, so there are a lot of Arabs in it, who either rent rooms or live there permanently.
The cons of our room were:
long descending water in the shower, since a friend and her daughter had long hair - we did not ask to clean the drain, because we did not remember this word and it did not bother us much;
a broken safe - we never replaced it, since there was no free one.
The biggest minus for us turned out to be on the day of departure: it was necessary to leave the room before 12.00, the plane was expected at 18.00, but it was moved to 24.00, which became very tiring for both the children and us.
But in general, the impressions of the holiday were extremely positive. And I want to note again, it all depends on your attitude to life.
Have a nice holiday!
